  • 15 years listening the doors and i still love them!

  • il faut etre aimé pour ce que l'on est

  • sounds at first as if theyre gonna break into 'willie & the hand jive", can u fucking imagine that

  • @wotrabbitfish That's the lick from Bo Diddley's "Bo Diddley"

  • gave me the chills .. :)

  • awesome pics...never seen them before and I thought I was a Doors freak! thanks :)

  • Yes Jim was a god of rock n roll! But Elvis was and stilll is king and Jim was an Elvis FANATIC!!!!!! Infact on LA WOMAN they used Elvis' touring bass player on every song except LA'merica! Jim was exstatic!!!!

  • Jim , the god of rock and roll

  • Wow, great stuff!! Thanks a bunch for posting this, I never knew The Doors had hooked up with Albert King. Too bad there isn't more........

  • If Jim had lived he was gonna be a great blues singer. He actually always was.

  • OK Curtis 1000, when was his worst concert? also, should be two 'f's' in "drunk off your ass". Peace

  • Balvazzar72, hello, do you mean go fuck myself until I become square? If you were not there, you cant comment. This concert was crap, people walked out, Morrison was drunk in a 'get that drunk idiot out of here' way. He was playing on his fame from 4 years before, when the Doors were good. He was just a guy who let fame go to his head, and could not handle it. Face it man, There are no Gods. Jim would be first to acknowledge it.

  • @TheKevin1950: ahahaha, gotcha.

  • @Balvazzar72 Yes, you got me, I admit that you are the better (man?) The Vancouver concert was the 2nd worst. But it was still pretty, pretty, pretty bad. Kevin

  • @TheKevin1950 : I'm Guessing your not into the liquid night?

  • @Balvazzar72 I used to love it, but we had a falling out.

  • @TheKevin1950 : You didn't happen to make it to the Miami incident then?

  • @Balvazzar72 I didnt make it to lots of places. I dont think his penis was half as big as his ego anyhow! I lived in Canada then, and longhairs had a hard time at the border. Had a hard time everywhere really, except at the Retinal Circus, on Davie St. in Vancouver. Now that was a good venue, small, but groovy. Best show was Velvet Underground although lots of people played there, on their way up, or down, or even sideways. great light show.

  • FANTASTIC !

tahnks a million for sharing this !

  • drunk...so what...

  • @Ghislaine909 Exactly!! It didn't matter if he drunk or High He was the King.

  • I was at this concert. It was one of the worst I ever saw. Morrison was regularly appearing drunk and either falling off the stage, or just singing rubbish. After about 1/2 hour he was just wandering around the stage with the Doors trying to provide music for his drunk and embarrassing performance. Lots of people left early. Sorry, but he peaked years before this (nearly last?) appearance. Should have quit sooner.

  • @TheKevin1950 : Go fuck yourself square.

  • @Balvazzar72 fuck on you're own little person you big time wanna be a motherfucker !

just listen to the muic & words & at least love your fucking self and stop writing all this fucking shit...

    Jim would not like this..

  • @oNeSaYaFoRaLL Whoa. wierd

  • you all suck fakes !

  • @TheKevin1950 You're so full of sh-t when it comes to your review of the Doors at Vancouver, '70. This was not one of the worst performances by Jim at all. You must have been drunk of your ass because you come across like an idiot who doesn't remember CRAP about seeing the Doors live.

  • God. Damn. It. Best version of this song that I have EVER heard and I'm and old fart! The Doors really captured lightning in a bottle. We're all lucky that so much of this stuff is finally being released.

  • This is simply magic!

  • love these Vancouver songs...

  • Hard to tell Robbies and Alberts guitar parts apart. Magic in the air though.

  • 1 year from this song. It'll all change.

  • Those Accoutic amps were lousy in mid range, and then using a Flying V made it worse,,,But it was loud and raw....

  • Albert's guitar sound needs serious help though. It's so thin and puny sounding.

  • @SloppyGoat Sounds okay to me. It's an old live recording, man. Bass and treble are okay, but mid-tones are gone.

  • AMAZINGGGGGGGGG

  • sweet man. awesome quality.

    vancouver!

  • Friggin excellent

  • Very Good !

  • Cannot WAIT to get this album.

  • best ever version.

  • jim morrison el dios del rock

  • canuck.he took a big hit.he mistook

  • the hells a "Canuck"?

  • @dictatorpepper I think that it's a nickname for a Canadian...

  • @hannahwig

Not a negative term necisarrily, but it's to describe french canadian

  • @very1337

    From the urban dictionary:

A term for Canadians like "Yankee" to Americans. Comes from a WWI comic book called "Johnny Canuck" a Canadian soldier in the war. Also the name of Vancouver's NHL team

    ...

The Term Canuck is used for ALL Canadians! Not a negative connotation at all, in fact, most Canadians embrace the term :)

    <3 Canada!
