"you'll be welding boat frames....". Bullshit! An experienced welder yes, but an inexperienced welder should NEVER weld boat frames, car frames or anything structural where human life is at risk. Also, an inexperienced welder is NOT going to Jane nice beads, nor is he/she going to be able to identify porosity problems, penetration, polarity etc....
