  • the only orange tractor is a allis chalmers

  • SORCERY!

  • I just did this with my L-1500 but I first sanded it with an 80 grit paper because mine was heavily oxidized with deep scratches and it came out excellent!!! Thanks for the tip.

  • interesting - I have a 1962 truck with cracks in it, would this technique work to fill or mold the cracks? They aren't too big, I'd describe them as hairline cracks.

  • @Kevindmcclure probably

  • Vic - very cool!

I know you mention this is an "old restoration trick for hot rods", but will it work for ANY old steering wheel.

I've got a 1970 land rover and the steering wheel looks similar. But I didn't think "PVC" existed back then. Thanks!

  • What an excellent video and the host was comfortable and confident - good job!

  • Cool trick! Enjoyed seeing that. Thanks.

  • Very nice, I had actually forgotten all about that trick. Thanks Vic.
