Yeah I like the make home made pizza dough whole wheat with some nice 5 cheeze pizza. That is my favorite. But keep it real, we need to take care of our selves if we are to be good martial artists.
good video 5 stars it has made me think but i drink raw milk which is no were near as bad for you as regular milk and i have a book i would suggest for you its called "Eating for Your Blood Type" i have learned some people can't function properly without meat on a regular basis and others fell unbelievably healthy when not eating meat.

Why no cheese or milk, you see I don't eat red meat or lamb or pork so I make up without eating much meat with milk and cheese. But I still find other things to get what I need. I wish you the best with your efforts bro.
i have had major injuries doing extreme sports on my bike and board and my back is hurting alot in the spine and he said with my blood type the protiens in dairy cause inflamation in joints in spine. a chiroprator just told me this. so i will try it.

Hi there. i have just recently gone on a diet, purely to benefit me in my training in the martial arts. I am also a school owner where I teach Freestyle system. The most important part for me is to control my eating habit. for years I have been a big eater and I love food. I have heard that 6 small meals a day is better than 3 square meals a day. I s that true or should I continue with the 3 healthy square meals a day.
You know what someone else asked that on part 2 of this video. I really don't know. I think it all depends on the persons metabolism and the kind of work outs they do. Maybe you should ask a nutrition or a doctor?
