My amp is so bad... Its like what a two year old would use for like a children microphone or something... No distortion (or very little) so I cant get anything to sound good metal wise. This is by far my favorite band, and Ive been trying to learn some stuff from them, but its so pointless because nothing sounds right. No tuner to tune the guitar either, and nothing online helps find the way to tune it to whichever tuning these songs use. Any help?

I might be able to help with your tuning problem. If you find a song with a held open note, such as Separation by As I Lay Dying, the fist note is an open low "C" on the low "E" string..Try to tune the guitar by ear that way. I do it all the time and it wors for me..Try it yourself and see if it works.

Great cover. I play it a little bit different, but sounds the same. We listen to a couple of the same bands. Ever listen to any Burden of a Day, In Fear and Faith, or Attack Attack!? Those are some other great bands that are sort of similar, although this particular band is more along the lines of As I Lay Dying.

yeah... this is a pretty sweet song. I wish it were that easy on bass.. well I'm not suggesting that it isn't hard on guitar, just that the bassist is pretty darn good from ABR as well (I love the new singer and bass guitarist)

I've been playing bass for 4 years now and still have a lot of rhythm and speed issues. Hopefully I'll be able to play this within a couple months
