Embroidery Tip-How to Hold Backing in Place During Hooping

I've been embroidering for over eight years now, and paid for training when I got my machine, and I don't remember this tip, and I've done alot of emb'ing. I feel like "Duh", why didn't my trainer et al tell me this one, (for I purchased my machine from a big company that did the training. Maybe I dozed off, but I don't remember doing so...bottom line, I am glad I finally saw this...wow! Simply very effective!! Thank you bunches!!!
