I use sens 7, but only because I have an FPS Freek on my aim stick. Like you say it just depends what is comfortable, there's no setting that's best for everyone. I have to bump it down for MW3, just feels too much otherwise.

Depends on your TV mostly to choose your sensitivity, if you have a large tv you can usually handle 10 quite easily. I used to play on it but I dropped back down to 7, I can't use the mp5k for shit with a 10 sensitivity on black ops.
