Well the stock motor wont be able to produce that amount of power, the stock motor will be very quite and wont push as hard, its pretty easy ti tell thats its not stock

doubt it, a b18c, the type R, has about 180hp stock, with 8lbs and mods id say about 350-400hp, for a 400hp civic to run 11s, you need it to weigh in at 900lbs, and very good tires and suspension... so i highly doubt it, unles you have a video to prove it

The noise you're referring to is the BOV eject excess boost pressure to the atmosphere, making the (spshhh) sound which is pointless and just for show. Normally the right way, the BOV is setup to recirculate the excess pressure through the intake which seems like how this civic is setup. If you have a 2 stage BOV you can do both of these at the same time.
