I love all these people freaking out about the deterioration of the sanctity of marriage if we allow gays to marry. Shows like the bachelor destroyed the sanctity of marriage a while ago. Marriage is between 2 people who love each other and are committed to each other. With a 50% divorce rate in the US, I can say we straight people are abusing our privilege to marry. And yo if you're straight like me, if gay marriage is legalized, it's not like you can't have straight marriages... so selfish.
So, what's the problem with this people? Absolutely nothing! A normal family doing a completely normal activity like eating dinner together. The kids are happy and well adjusted from what I can see and the parents seem happy and there is nothing hateful going on here. I have raised 4 children and I'm currently raising 3 of my grandchildren due to the death of my oldest daughter. This kind of stuff should be taught in school. I notice in my high school a lack of gay tolerance from teachers, and even our principal, towards a particular (gay) student, the occasional snide remark, ignoring him, etc.
Racial tolerance is now widely taught, but it is still common practice to be homophobic, it's pretty gay (case in point).
I just hope that straight people, like myself, will learn that homo-sexuals aren't aliens, or devils.

What you guys are doing here in making these videos will ultimately be just as (if not more so) important than what any judge or lawyer will do. And I know after what's happened that seems unlikely, but it's true. You're succeeding in something that many married heterosexual couples have difficulty doing, and that's raising and maintaining a stable and loving family. I find it sad that they are trying to protect marriage from people who want to get married.Being in a monogamous relationship with the person you love is SO WRONG.And why would you want a kid to be with two loving adults when they could be raised by a 15 year old who has what is obviously the most important quality when it comes to raising a kid, heterosexuality.

I'm sure you agree men should not be sexually attracted to children. I would say it's not "natural". But some people are attracted, and feel it very natural. With every rule, there are exceptions. The fact that gay feelings exist does not prove they were "meant" to exist, or that they are "ideal", or that "better" feelings don't exist.

The difference being two things. 1.) Pedophilia is not something you're born with. Studies have been done that prove time and time again homosexuality has to do with both genes and hormonal imbalances in the womb. The brain differences--some of which cannot be learned. 2.) Molesting children is clearly wrong because they are not able to consent to sexual behavior. You have no secular argument for what makes homosexuality immoral.

Arguments against homosexuality can only be religious, because morality is only defendable with the notion of a God. I know you would disagree there. By the way, a child of 12, 13, 14, 15 years can well consent to sexual behaviour. Many even have their first sexual experience at those ages.

What you call morality is what is determined by law, because to live together a community has to agree to a set of rules just to avoid chaos. It will always be subjective, to you or to a community. You cannot call it fundamentally immoral to have sex with a 12 year old .You can only say that in your country it is. Morals that come with religion rely on an external ruler, so it is not about what feels right to me or the particular culture I'm happy to live in.

Children CANNOT consent. For that reason alone it will never, ever even be a consideration because it's a matter of harm and knowledge. You did not come from my perfect parents, becuase if you had, you would have been loved and raised in a belief setting that says your lifestyle is wrong. I don't hate anyone, not even child molesters, I just hate their sins, that's the mindset. Hate the sin, love the sinner.

(Not a hate response) I think its alright to have kids if your gay. True, it would not in any mind set be natural if a guy would give birth, but I think it is natural that two men could raise a child. Doesn't the saying go "It takes a village to raise a child"? I think it could be best applied here. True, they aren't they birth parents but in what way are they unfit to raise a child? I think that it could instil some good moral values like "Be true to yourself" and such.

I will never believe that same sex parents are even remotely a better alternative to a mother and a father. I have raised 4 children and I'm currently raising 3 of my grandchildren due to the death of my oldest daughter. This kind of stuff should be taught in school. I notice in my high school a lack of gay tolerance from teachers, and even our principal, towards a particular (gay) student, the occasional snide remark, ignoring him, etc.
Racial tolerance is now widely taught, but it is still common practice to be homophobic, it's pretty gay (case in point).
I just hope that straight people, like myself, will learn that homo-sexuals aren't aliens, or devils.

What you guys are doing here in making these videos will ultimately be just as (if not more so) important than what any judge or lawyer will do. And I know after what's happened that seems unlikely, but it's true. You're succeeding in something that many married heterosexual couples have difficulty doing, and that's raising and maintaining a stable and loving family. This is something the world needs to see: that gays are every bit as capable of doing that as straights. That makes a difference.
