@hadidta maybe protein supplements if they exist. Also try adding whey power to a healthy smoothie and drink protein shakes. Eat salmon, tuna, trout, sardines, lean meats, veggies, berries, fruits except bananas and pineapples, avoid potatoes, eat nuts such as almonds, walnuts, cashews, dark leafy greens like spinach, swiss chard, and broccoli, and whole grains like unflavored plain oatmeal with cinnamon, amaranth, and flaxseed.

To magically turn fat into muscle you need to workout strength and cardio. Strentgh training to build muscle. Cardio to burn fat. ALSO IMPORTANT: Diet is the key. To turn fat into muscle you need to eat more protein, lower on calories ( to burn fat) cut out junk food , sugars etc. FAT WILL NOT TURN INTO MUSCLE LITERALLY but with that kind of regime explained you will burn that fat and start bulking up muscle. :)

what about if I run alot ? Let's say that I run about 20-50 kilometers a week ? Will I butn fat off my thighs and if I work out every day for one hour ? I got to get in good ( better ) shape till spring break :O
