The universe however is full of an infinite number of stars because every day new stars are birthed out of an infinite number of nebulas. So there has to be life out there, even if it is the size of an atom.

The soil reminds me of the soil in Nasca Peru. Maybe it is ancient ruin that ties with older civilization. And the manmade marks on the ground was it always this cratered up? My grandfather was USAF Intelligence in West Germany in the 1960's. He collected and handled classified radar intel reports daily. He told me that on many occasions they would get UFO's and some could not be explained. They even scrambled fighters several times to chase these contacts. My grandfather was no kidder. I also see those red-striped jets taking off and landing in Las Vegas everyday to take employees to and from Area 51 and the special airport terminal for 'em has heavily armed guards.

And, since statutes only apply to 'persons', they don't apply tom flesh and blood men and women. All authority issues from 'the people' this their 'deadly force' statute is null and void. Here's what I think
Ufo's are and have been here for a long long time. They have some kind of cloaking device that doesn't work very well from time to time. I would guess it is magnetic based and is interrupted by our magnetic field. We are being watched, studied, and manipulated for there agenda.
