Probably a Jackson or a Charvel. They come with that stuff. Fender used to make what was known as a Heavy Metal Strat, but they left that market to Jackson and Charvel. The monochrome paint job on the San Dimas is very close to what the HM Strat looked like.

pick your guitar(im guessing you guys are right handed players soo) put your left hand on your neck like you would usually do. take your right hand and put all of your finger on the front of your forearm and press it down. Now bend a string. tell me now if you only use your hand or arm. get it? its all CONNECTED.

Have you guys noticed? that most of these so called "expert village" videos... just suck? I mean SUCK! , I was looking for a good instructional video on bending strings on my electric guitar and I found another one of this expert village videos about a guy teaching you how to bend the string using HIS FINGER strength only, anybody even a guitar begginer like me knows that bending the strings that way will only get your tendons fractured on the long run, bending has to be done with the whole arm!

*Sigh* what ever then u believe what u want to believe, all im saying is there are little bones going from ur fingers to ur knuckles to ur wrist and up ur for arm, that have tendons (not muscles) connected. of course u use ur fingers but u need to use ur arm aswell. and callouses are just ur skin going hard from being rough up againts the strings

I wouldn't recommend playing slide on a strat, very difficult, since the fretboard has a radius, Gibson is alot better, and easy to raise the action with just 2 scruws

you need to learn dampening on your picking hand, what that does is it mutes all of the string your not playing. it sounds hard but it becomes second nature when you keep doing while you play. just like anything else.
