I saw this band in Sacramento back when this album came out... I think they opened for Jelly Fish. And they tore it up... they were a great band and I remember just standing there after their set going "Dam, that band smoked".

i went and saw sonia dada at the val air ballroom in dsm ia when i was real little and this was my favorite song and i sat on my moms shoulders and sang it. When they came back years later they let me dance and sing on stage with them because they remembered me! Have to be favorite band ever!

Yeah, I remember hearing this back in the early 90's (92-94) and it was a fun song back then. Watching Nothing To Lose reminded me of the song. Disappointing that it was not included on the Soundtrack.

if you ever get a chance to see these folks do so, they are too tough. the lyrics are simple enough, i have this on cd, i can't remember if the lyrics are written out on it or not but i'll look and post them when i find it. i have always been amazed that no one had used the bass beat in this song as a loop for a remix, it has one badass bass line.

another song that hasn't been sampled that has a killer bass line is "spanish Moon" by Little Feat- someone get busy and hook something up
