@TheKidTerrorist You all ready voided it by rooting it in the first place lol if you ever need to unroot it and get it back to stock for a repair or whatever i can help you with that
@TheKidTerrorist I haven't rooted it yet but I know when I send long texts, it will say that the message was not sent, but it really was. Its odd, but maybe thats the issue for you.
@fireeyez21 That was the problem i did have. It seemed to have said it was not sent but i know it did send. Also for some iPhone users receiving my text it was only receiving half of my text message.
@jalaldaniel When will you make your video on the custom roms and whatnot? I tried to get a rom and failed miserably... My phone wouldnt turn on and everything was bad. anyways, I cant wait for your next tutorial, I really appreciate what you do here. If I had a job, and even if I had money, I would donate to you lol
@ajt2014 Haha its all good. A simple thanks really means a lot too, and ive been busy lately and havent had time to make a video. I'll try to make one asap.
Thanks so much for the step-by-step, I'm a newb & followed them to a "T"...everything went great!
I sent a donation, please keep up the good work. I have however run into a problem that is simply my own user error... I was deleting bloatware and like a moron deleted my dialer app.
I know, I know. So, I am wondering if you could help me unroot this phone back to stock to start again? I'm assuming of course, that is the only way.
Go there and when the guy gives u two threads to click on, click the first one and then on the new thread download the first "stock" link and follow the instructions. it will put your phone back to normal! so yea. Oh and make sure to get titanium backup and backup your apps and stuff so u can have them back!
@orphnannie Thanks! I really appreciate it. You can fix that by Factory resetting the phone. It deletes all of your apps that are installed on the internal memory but its better than nothing. You can do this by going to Menu-Settings-Privacy-Factory Data Reset. Good Luck! And if you run into any trouble PM me.
i tried this and everything seemed to go well but now when i go to settings, the baseband version says "Unknown" and when i dial *#06# it pulls "null/null" for my IMEI number. I popped in a sim card and am unable to make phone calls or use anything but wifi.
@robbromwell@robbromwell If you can get into download mode then use this download to reset. Make sure you have java installed before using it though. Sometimes your in download mode even if you dont get the picture with the android digging.
hey just got done with the tutorial everything went fine but now my phone will not turn on it stays at the galaxy s 4g screen the custom recovery does work though any help would be appreciated
My problem is my T959V won't scan for wi-fi. Plus it's lagging a little bit.
