Norm Benning's engine must have been slowing dying & making him go slower & slower. During the 1st 50 laps, he was lapped twice. In this 1 video he was lapped 2 more times in 3 or 4 laps. (1:46 & around 4:30 (car on the way bottom)) I know he was slow anyway, but man he looked like a turtle the last time he was lapped haha

its not the engine dude. the reason why there are "slow cars" are because they have to save they're fuel and tires as much as possible
