Time out baby girl, everyone knows that majority of morehouse dance team and cheer squad is dominated by Spelman girls so don't try to throw CLARK in that water and even if ONE of Clark girls WAS on the team...it was still inappropriate. They chose songs that called Clark students the B word and to think of all the elders (Alumni)that were in the crowd. Very few grandmother's would have found this performance appropriate...so u can calm that DOWNNNN!!!!

I mean i am a black young lady and when we cheer we do alot of dancing but not this tasteful. and when i was a dancer we did tasteful dancing but we did not cross the line in to stripper slut dancing. in all fairness, these cheereleaders are a mixture of both Spelman Women and Clark Atlanta women as well so its not just Spelman being disrespected. Please believe the girls did get a suspension after either this performance or another one. Sure its about pumping the crowd up but they could have done it in a more tasteful way so im on the fence here. and i am Spelman Woman!

I still love my Lady Tigers though. They learned their lesson and have kept it classy this year!

As an example, if you do a search for "Tiger Girls" here on youtube, you'll see a 50 second video of LSU's dancers doing a routine at the haltime of a basketball game, and their outfits are much skimpier and, there's a point in which they actually hump the floor. With all due respect, I didn't find that particular dance routine offensive. I went to an hbcu for undergrad and a large state university for grad school. The dancers I saw at SEC basketball games, who were mainly white girls, were not much different than what I'm seeing in this video. Besides, this is just kids having fun. It doesn't reflect in no way the quality of education at the college, or what the other 5,000 students are all about. Basically.........you're making a blanket statement.

Speaking on behalf of myself and as a Morehouse student. I was at the game and saw the halftime show. The crowd enjoyed it and the cheerleaders had fun. They had the best show out of all of the halftime acts. It's unfair to call these young women hoes, their Spelmanites and young women, respect them.
