Hey, I'm Polish too. But I was born and raised in America. I took a college course on comics. Wasn't one of the authors of this Polish? Also, how is it funnier in polish. I have a BA in Sociology and think this is hilarious. It's so true. Bureacracies are just like this. I couldn't stop laughing. Even in capitalist countries, the inefficiencies come out.

this part was actually made to poke fun at the French system. You always have to fill out so many papers to get the littlest thing done in France lol.. just watch L'Auberge Espagnole and you'll see ..ah those French, I love them though lol
