in order 2 get rotom u must have the national dex and then travel to eterna forest and go to that old creepy house with the gastlys in it it, go upstairs then go to the place with the tv do whatever it thump the tv by pressing the a button then youll accept the thing to thump it youll then be in a battle with rotom he's Lvl.15 stock up on some master balls u also DONT need action replay to do this
