I didn't even notice your dog was a tripod dog until you turned the camera around him at 1:18.

It just proves that a tripod dog is like every onther dog, but just a little but more special. And he's one beautiful dog :)

Not really, unless the cancer had already advanced. Amputation is the only way to eliminate the pain and extend their quality of life. Read plenty of success stories at tripawds . com!

Don't feel sorry for Jerry. He lived a very happy life on three legs for nearly two years after his bone cancer amputation. Pretty good considering he was given only a few months! I had a German Sheperd dog that was a wolf but the police found my dog lost from his parents so we asked if we can have the dog and they said yes. So he got trained by the police and stuff but then years later he got a some sort of disease because he was a Pure Bread and he had to be put to sleep :( :(

Jerry is now surviving his seventh month since amputation surgery from canine osteosarcoma. He had bone cancer, but since they removed his front leg and scapula at UC Davis Vet Med Canter last Thanksgiving, he has been running, playing, catching frisbees and eating snowman.
