  • Hmm, would one say it's a good thing to start learning both yang and chen styles? I've started on the yang 8 form already. The styles definitely differ.

  • @Aurelius27x i think so, i learned yang 24 form, but dropped out, now im thinking about learning chen-style. because i think il like it more. they certainly differ! i think i like the fast movements in between more then the one-tempo-one flow-yang style, from watching the videos here, i think a longer chen form may be more difficult,

  • I have just started doing Chen Tai chi and this is the first from I am learning. This is a good video very clear and helpful as I was having trouble remembering some of what I was shown. Once again this is very helpful and very good Tai Chi.
