2. The ServerName should have been in the "etc apache2 h t t p d. conf" file. By default it is blank, just add the line ServerName localhost, save, close and restart Apache. You should not have anymore name errors.
I am very familiar with Apache servers, but not with Ubuntu hence why I watched this video. The setup is just a bit off. Here is some help...
1. Placing a website in the hosts file blocks the browser from getting it from the internet. This is a good way to block bad websites, ads, etc. Proves the server runs on the "intranet", but not on the Internet.
