  • God Bless Her and her friend Becka

  • It's so cute how she cares about the animals at the shelter... what a great way for her to connect with the real world around her and help the cats and dogs there. I really hope understanding of this disease and treatments for it improve. I'd love to see her make a recovery and not have to suffer from these symptoms.

  • The mom barely shows up for the interviews, somehow insisted on having this guy pay for a SEPARATE APARTMENT across the street so she doesn't have to deal, and seems generally unconcerned while the dude does all the schlepping.

My half-baked theory involves Susan cheating on this guy in some perverted twisted way during pregnancy, which sort of energetically opened the way for these ominous entities to get in touch with her daughter. She did something fucked up, let's be real.

  • @BrainalDuct Susan has done some fucked up things. the first would be not calling the police when she found out Michael shook Jani when she was 2 months old. Also they first threw Jani in the psych ward 3 months after Bodhi was born and she was in the throws of PPD and Bipolar and could not handle the natural jealousy that comes from a sibling. The "psychosis" vid is also pretty F'ed up as Jani is completely normal in it and it shows Susan more being manic.

  • @beautifulmind546 Listen dude, there are plenty of other parents throughout world history who have given their kids a shake out of frustration -- did all of their kids turn out to have serious delusions? It's not as if this is the one dad who's ever grabbed their kid, not that it's acceptable, but you'd expect to see thousands more schizophrenic kids if it were that simple a cause-effect relationship.

That said, it seems like the mom is nowhere to be found in this relationship and is cheating.

  • where is the story on Jani that tells her father shook her when she was 2 months old? i cant find it.

  • @xsoldier97 "She was two months old. I shook a two month old infant, screaming at her "WHY WON'T YOU SLEEP!" She screamed harder ... Eventually, she calmed down and fell into a fitful sleep in my arms and I watched German TV at four in the morning knowing I was a baby shaker. " Michael Schofield janisjourney(dot)org <That is from his blog and just the tip of the iceberg...

  • if she loses white blood cells then it might not be a good idea for her dad to shove that turtle in her face

  • These people and their comments ...are just off the wall....This is a tormenting daily experience for this little girl....and an anguishing one for the rest of her family. Unles you are personally going thru this same thing....you truly have no clue. AND EVERYONE in the family of a SZ uniquely responds to the dealing with the diagnosis in their own way..researching , documenting, journaling etc....WHO are you to judge?

  • @7whitedove

Well said, Dove. I am tired of BM posting her spampaign and baseless claims. You are right on target that this is not for us to judge. I wish BM would just go back under her troll bridge.

  • Michael Schofield only has one month to turn in his final drafte of his book about his daughter Jani that will condemn her to a life of never having her own voice and never being able to define herself free from the stigma her parents created in order to exploit her for money and attention. • @beautifulmind546 I'm interested to know if you have any evidence to back up your claims about what you say is being done to this little girl? As in paperwork - child protective services, police reports, hospitals, etc rather than just claiming that they have admitted it online. I would not excuse mistreatment of this child in any way, but spamming all videos relating to her seems an inefficient way of helping the child if you feel so strongly that she is being abused.

  • @19jj80 Sure, go to janisjourney(dot) org and read his blog. Go visit Michael and Susan's facebook pages. CPS has been contacted. As for your opinions of this being "spam" or an insufficient way to help - your opinion holds no more value than your body part that eliminates your waste - everyone has one. So you would not excuse how she was treated? Fine then go learn the truth about what is happening to her and do the right thing to help her.

  • @beautifulmind546 Thank you for the info. I will go and have a look for myself. As a footnote, your need to be aggressive in your answer to me speaks volumes. I was merely asking a question I required clarification on. At no time was I rude or obnoxious to you. Yes, my opinion may hold no interest to you, but believe me, your opinion holds even less interest to me after your reply. Have a lovely day now.........

  • @19jj80 I understand. It makes it easier for you to stay in denial because I am aggresive. And no, you weren't rude or obnoxious at all - just condescending. I also see you care more about the tone of my comments that the nature of Jani's reality, more concerned with "spam" than you are the wellfare of a child. Yep, you are pretty transparent all right. you have a nice day too burrying your head further in the sand to justify your complacency.

  • @beautifulmind546 There is no complacency on my part actually. This is a story I am unfarmiliar with, and seeing as you appear on every video I looked at, I thought you were the best person to ask. The welfare of this child should be of concern to everyone, hence my trying to gain the correct information rather than reading into it by accepting just what was written on here. You approached my comment in completely the wrong way, and also took it out of context which is unfortunate.

  • @19jj80 Your original comment " I would not excuse mistreatment of this child in any way, but spamming all videos relating to her seems an inefficient way of helping the child if you feel so strongly that she is being abused." Oh did I take your comment out of "context"? Really? we could argue about it all day but I am really not interested. So when you become familiar with Jani's case what will YOU do to help her that is so much better than what is being done here? Enlighten me.

  • @beautifulmind546 Here's the thing, I don't need to enlighten you on anything love. I came here, watched the videos, asked a question and made a statement and got a mouthful off of you for it. So I'll go educate myself, because quite frankly, if you're attempting to "help" this little girl you're not really doing a lot to encourage people to listen to what you have to say with an attitude like that. So I'll be off now to find some facts about this little girl from some other source.

  • @19jj80 Actually, since you claim that these comments are doing no good then it would only serve to bolster your claim that you really do care about Jani to tell us just how exactly you plan to help her when you discover the abuse for yourself? What action will you take? Will you speak up? Will you call CPS, send letters, stand up for either of these children or will you be too busy feigning superiority over other youtube comments out of an unwarrented self importance? Yes, educate yourself.

  • @beautifulmind546 I give up. Seriously. You're nuts. Forget it. Smh.........

  • @19jj80 Ah. Just as I thought. too much work for you and yes, of course... I just nuts... just like Jani. That's right, go "forget it", light another joint and make some more vids of yourself with your birdie so you can forget a child right now is living in hell, being drugged with medications over a questionable disease because her parents are that abusive and manipulative. I know, your solution would have been so much better and helpful to Jani but the bud is calling so...

  • @beautifulmind546 I have never encountered a more self-righteous, obnoxious vigilante such as yourself. Someone claiming to be 'fighting for the rights of an abused child' your pathetic conjecture and obnoxious trolling of someone else's profile to validate your do-good bullshit; contd

  • @Katabint Here is what I just read from your post "blah blah blah BIG WORDS blah blah blah". Was there more or did you drop your thesaurus? Or set it on fire accidently? Let me explain something to you - I see that my comments bother you but I also see you are not bothered by the treatment of the child in the above video. Somehow MY comments are more "bad" than a father who shook his infant daughter in "impotent rage" among other things? You reveal too much about yourself in these weak handlings

  • @beautifulmind546 Well, well, well......there's a thing. You obviously have the same attitude/chain of comments to anyone who dares question your bullshit. You are a disgrace to your *ahem* "cause" and anyone with half a brain would be well advised to give you and your claims a wide berth. Laughable. And I await your nonsensical reply with baited breath. Now I'm off to do something much more fulfilling with my time. Clean my fuckin toilet. A.H.A.H.A.H.A...know what that spells????

  • @19jj80 That's right, I have the same response for all ignorance and denial of Jani's abuse. oooh, you called me an asshole... You are a disgrace to humanity. Your complacency is a plague upon this planet. Go smoke another doobie, play with your bird some more while this childs life continues to be destroyed.

  • @19jj80 What you don't seem to get is that Jani was diagnosed 4 years ago! She is 9 now and her and her brother continue to be pawns for their parents exploitation and despite all the traditional channels for helping children being previously taken, THEY STILL REMAIN WITH THESE PEOPLE mainly because they have promoted Jani being sz which excuses their abusive behavior in many peoples eyes putting these kids at huge risk. That is heart breaking and makes those of us who really care very angry.

  • @beautifulmind546 THIS IS MY POINT!! I don't know any of this because you haven't told me anything!! I was looking for information, not a fight! I don't "get" any of it because I don't know.

  • @19jj80 I understand, too busy getting high and making movies with your pet bird to actually go and do any work and learn more about Jani. What do you need repeated? Jani was shaken as a 2 month old by her father, not taken to the hospital, has ischemia to her thalamus (brain damage). Was diagnosed and put in psych when her bipolar mother was in post pardum dep after having her son Bodhi. Jani has been hit by them, starved, reported being molested by her father and more? What will YOU do to help

  • @beautifulmind546 FUCK YOU!

  • Take her to a shaman...

  • having cameras around certainly isnt helping her

  • @beautifulmind546 Allright, I don't know anything about this girl, I just searched schizophrenia to pass the time and the documentary about her showed up.

Why is it a bad thing that an ill child has to let her parents decide what to do?I mean, she is insane.

And also, why is it bad that her parents get to put her on this mini TV show and make some money off of her? In the end she will benefit from that money. Not like mommy and daddy will take a plane and fly to the bahamas and leave her alone.

  • @zoidbetag You don't know anything about this girl or her family? Does she really have schizophrenia? Considering the abuse AND brain damage she has from the abuse that diagnosis is highly questionable. It's bad that her parents put her on tv, use her to get donations through paypal and are trying to publish a book about her BEACUSE THEY DID THIS TO HER! She is not benefitting from the money at all - they use it for crap they want for themselves like internet cell phone service.

  • @beautifulmind546 Oh, thank you for the response. I hope that you finish this and successfully rescue her from the abuse parents.(I have no way of knowing) I will stay out of this...

  • Everyone needs to stop being hateful towards this family. Unless you have had a child in your family that has this disorder you can't understand this.

  • @tontonisthebomb No. Everyone needs to pull their heads out of the sand and acknowledge that no matter what label Jani has slapped on her SHE HAS BEEN ABUSED BY HER PARENTS! It's easier for you to ignore that fact and pretend her parents are innocent than face the reality that this child is in desperate need of help - so does her brother. susan is now claiming Bodhi who is 4 is also schizophrenic! This is blatant abuse and exploitation and you choose to remain ignorant.

  • @beautifulmind546 Aslo, she was abused by her parents? Do you know them in real life and have you witnessed these acts?

  • @zoidbetag They have admitted to doing it online in various ways always excusing their actions through blaming their kids both Jani and Bodhi. The most recent abuse that has occured, admission from Susan herself is that she has been dosing her son Bodhi daily with benedryl to get him to sleep.

  • @beautifulmind546 Are you kidding me? Did you not watch the other video? They are having financial issues. They are doing this for her, and they aren't doing it for attention. Do you see the parents walking around smiling and acting all happy? no...cause they arent....you would never understand because you have never had to deal with someone who has this kind of condition....dont ever accuse someone of something when you dont know the whole story...its ignorant....they obivously love her

  • @MusicalGamer1 It'sYOU who does not know the whole story. I have watched all the videos, read his blog, spoke with them on Facebook (both are very manipulative and always bullying for donations), listened to Susan's radio show. It's all pretty obvious once you look beyond the two vids YOU watched. Their bills on their 2 residents get paid, utilities for both, gas for 2 vehicles, internet service on their phones which are blackberry and android phones. M has a bluetooth service. Wake up.

  • @MusicalGamer1 They don't love her - they love the money and attention they get out of her. They love to stigmatize her by calling her a violent psychotic when M has been more violent and abusive to HER. She reported him molesting her and it was DISMISSED because of her diagnosis. He also shook her as a two month old because she cried like any other infant. Him and Susan have been violent with eachother in front of her, they both hit her until the psychiatrist advised them not to. I could go on

  • @beautifulmind546 If they didnt love her, why have they worked their asses off all her life and sacrificed their career prospects to try to stop her killing herself or hurting others and improving her quality of life.

  • @seeriktus What career prospects did they sacrifice really? Michael is still working as a writer and english professor despite him claiming he can't work because of her and begging for money over the internet every week. Susan spends most of her time on her BS "mental rights movement". If they really loved her then why not take all of THAT effort and energy and focus on HER solely. Because exploiting her in the media gets them so much more attention and money.

  • @seeriktus Oh and are they really worried about her coming to physical harm? The why did they abuse her all of these years? Why did they not remove themselves from her care and find someone more competent, patient, nurturing and qualified to care for her if she is supposedly so dangerous to herself and others? How is it her violent father and neglectful bipolar mother are the only ones fit to help her if she is supposedly so ill? because she is not and they just want to exploit her.

  • @seeriktus You watch one video and think you know it all and then come here making ignorant comments that only serve to harm Jani further. If you don't know the full story then please stop speaking from your own need to validate what you want to see. wake up to the reality of it.

  • All the antipschotics are nothing more than toxic, genetically-modified antihistamines ... try Aripiprazole, it's different :)

  • @illegalsmirf yeh because drugs have genes and antipsychotics have no function on dopamine or 5ht receptors in a variety of ways

  • @seeriktus WTF?

  • @illegalsmirf the majority of centrally acting drugs have anticholinergic effects because acetylcholine receptors are easily inhibited, you'll notice that alot of them, ssris, antipsychotics, some mood stabalisers, migraine drugs, anticonvulsants and other classes, can cause dry mouth, ataxia and somnolence because theyre all antagonising acetylcholine receptors, ssris made progress from tricyclics but the effects still occur

  • little dutch boys doing WHAT?

  • If you are interested in writing Crown publishing to protest the publication of Michael's book, you can contact me for a ready made form letter. All you have to do is copy/ paste, sign and send crownpublicity@randomhouse(dot)com

  • @beautifulmind546 were is there any proof that he abused her?

  • @FxxkBxyKiller803 "She was two months old. I shook a two month old infant, screaming at her "WHY WON'T YOU SLEEP!" She screamed harder and I immediately felt guilty and tried to make it better. Eventually, she calmed down and fell into a fitful sleep in my arms and I watched German TV at four in the morning knowing I was a baby shaker. " Michael Schofield janisjourney(dot)org

Just one admission from his blog. There are others. he always blames her. This last summer he neglected the lithium..

  • @FxxkBxyKiller803 toxicity which was causing her GI issues. He is also exploiting her by trying to have this book published and the book, his portrayal of her only reinforces stigma that she will have to live under her entire life. All of it is the proof of abuse. The only reason he gets away with it is because of her diagnosis. Thanks for asking.

  • @beautifulmind546 oh ok... what an ass hole

  • @FxxkBxyKiller803 We are looking for others who will help spread this awareness and help Jani. Right now Michael is trying to get book published that portrays Jani as a violent psychotic and himself as a martyr and we are trying to stop publication. Will you help us? If so, contact me and I can tell you how.

  • @beautifulmind546 Why would you protest the publication of anything.. If you have a problem with something, in this case a book, just dont buy it or read it, as simple as that. Either that, or you could move to north korea or build a time machine and go back to soviet.

  • @neverdieND In this case the child which this book is about is not only being abused and exploited but how she will be portrayed will damage the rest of her life. That is why I protest the publication of it. Me not buying or reading it is not going to do any good for this child. Maybe you don't care about this child and how she is being abused but I do.

  • Shes acting so wierd because shes on heavy medication and is high as fuck. The problem is the parents, who pick on her daily and enjoy giving her the medication she takes. The dogs arent working because she doesnt even know whats happening. These parents are stupid as fuck and need to realize that abuse is real, and serious, and that if this kid got taken away by child services, and got put into a new home, that she infact would actually slowly be healed and would live a normal and full life. :)

  • @PodRacer012 Thanks again for seeing this. The thing about CPS though is that they have already been investigated. Even when Jani reported sexual abuse by her father they dismissed it because of her diagnosis. They claimed she was "psychotic". Jani has no voice and so we all need to speak up for her safety and protection. PLease help by boycotting her fathers book by writing to crownpublicity@randomhouse(dot)com

  • Boycott any and all books written by child abusers. Don't allow a child abuser to profit from the story of the abuse of his own child. Michael Schofield has abused Jani repeatedly. Write to Crown publishing asking them to not publish and if they do you will participate in a boycott > crownpublicity@randomhouse(dot)com

  • @25tab: Medical journals are not relevant to this matter, because Jani has psycho-developmental problems, not medical illness. Jani Schofield is NOT schizophrenic, and in any case schizophrenia is a psychological state and not a medical disease. Psychiatry is a fraudulent pseudo-science, and, as Beautifulminds rightly says, the DSM is just a book of made-up illnesses based on symptoms and behaviors that were boxed and categorized through psychiatrists voting at conventions.

  • @Isisbridge Thanks. It becomes more and more clear to me that people studying to be psychiatrists are very much like cult members. They abandon all reasoning in support of their chosen religion - psychiatry. These are people so deluded that they need for Jani to be sick so that they can hold onto their false beliefs about psychiatric practices and ignore her being abused! Really these people and those who spout the "she's possesed" nonsense are no different.

  • Susan recently claimed that the "psychosis" video posted on the JaniFoundation channel was to educate the public on how to spot a psychotic episode. What she didn't say though that the psychosis wasn't occuring in Jani at the time of her taping that video - it was happening in herself through a manic period. Susan Schofield is apperently bipolar and on heavy medication for that. Clearly a woman in such a state is a danger to her own child.

  • poor girl... poor parents. i wish there was more that could be done for them.

  • @LuigiTheHeadcrab please learn the whole story. Jani is the one suffering. Her parents are capitalizing on her suffering. If you want to learn more, just message me or read more of mine or isisbridge comments. If you want to help Jani and other kids like her there are ways you can.

  • I guess I don't quite understand people who will yell and scream over the parents getting outed for what they have done to their child and yet stay silent about what the child experienced. It shows an inherent lack of care for all children and a propensity towards living in denial.

  • You're whole idea fo this family being a scam for fame and making Jani sick and labelling her mentally ill. Do you have any idea how much money comes out of their pockets for the doctors, the meds, therapies? It's not all covered. And how much time and energy they've put into raising her? No one would ever put themselves through that purposely. If you're so concerned, call childrens aid. See how much better off she is going from home to home. Or how many people say they won't keep her...

  • @oxoallieoxo If you weren't so easily distracted into focusing on yourself you might learn more about what the Schofields are doing and not doing. Did you know that they live in two apts with two cars, with the luxuries of internet, blackberry, android all paid by donations? Do you know what munchausen by proxy is? Do you know their foundation is basically a chain of paypal accounts and none of that money helps the kids? Did you know Susan's main focus is putting on a show for her "fans"?

  • @beautifulmind546 Did you know you're psycho? Did you know at this point I could care less of what verbal diarrhea you type? I don't have time for this. I'm late for my nail appointment, hair appointment and new tattoo appointment (all at the same time, too!) XD

You are completely and utterly delusional. Good day to you. And for the record, I never agreed with what they diagnosed her with. I simply said I don't believe she was shaken as a child. I do believe she is mentally ill.

  • @oxoallieoxo "She was two months old.

Psycho? Delusional? Way to go reinforcing stigma. Time to pull your head away from the mirror and face the reality.

  • @beautifulmind546 I'm sure he didn't shake her hard enough to cause much trauma like actually baby shakers. Not enough to cause the issue, but I wouldn't know, im not obsessed enough to stalk every quote they've ever said. Don't talk about reinforcing stigma when you reinforce that "she gets her nails done therefore she must be brainless and vain"... hypocrite.

  • @oxoallieoxo She has ischemia of the thalamus. Look that up if you aren't too busy painting your nails. Oh, yes you have so much stigma to deal with being a vapid barbie doll... Poor you.

  • Aww, cute ktity @ 2:46

  • It looks as though Michael will not be talking about his abuse of Jani in his book called January First (not yet published). He is now using the publishing companies word restriction as an excuse for not be honest about the whole story. If you oppose the publishing of January First please send an email to crownpublicity@randomhouse(dot)com telling them that you will boycott them if they publish the book of an admitted child abuser.

  • @beautifulmind546 You're clearly fighting your own battle with mental illness considering your obsession with this family. FB pages? Blog following? Petition signing? You can't honestly believe your behavior is of the norm...

  • @oxoallieoxo Some people simply cannot accept child abuse.

  • @oxoallieoxo You are clearly so limited in your thinking to say such a thing. Of course I don't think my behavior is "the norm". The norm is to sit by pretending everything is ok while a childs life is being stolen by her parents and other adults who want to use her. TBH I find it far more insane to say or do nothing and be so conditioned and controlled as to worry about what is considered "normal". You worry about your galmor shots honey, I know that is all your mind can handle.

  • @beautifulmind546 lol@glamour shots. Do you even know what glamour shots are? I have a video of my trip to the states with my family and little cousins. And me getting a quote by Ghandi tattooed on me because I love the quote... and nails done because I like to get them done. My comment was solely based on the fact that you comment on every single video and stalk this family.

  • @beautifulmind546 And you say "I find it far more insane to say or do nothing and be so conditioned and controlled as to worry about what is considered "normal"", yet you turn around and comment on my physical appearance because I have a tattoo and like to look good. My video is me with family in the states, not glamor shots like you stated. And you went ahead and used a TYPICAL view from society that I try to look good :. I must be incapable of intellectual thoughts.THAT is shallow thinking.

  • @oxoallieoxo It's so much easier to have your nails done and put a quote on your body by Ghandi than to actually really do something to make a real change. You can pretend all you like to be "whatever " on the outside but your insides are pretty apperent. You are a shallow, vapid, vain person who instead of taking the time to look at the whole story of a real little girl who is being abused, you criticize someone who has and who is spreading awareness of it because it's easier for you.

  • @beautifulmind546 What awareness are you spreading? You have facebook pages and websites all about Jani and your obsession with this family. You claim that she must've been shaken as a child. She has no sign of being shaken as a child.Children who are shaken as infants have brain swelling that needs draining, respiratory illness, suffer from seizures, and have apparent brain damage -not to mention they usually don't live for long. You are closed minded and can't accept other peoples opinions.

  • @oxoallieoxo She has ischemia of the thalamus. This is one of the things that was used to diagnose her though her drs did not know she was shaken as a baby when they found it. On top of that, she has been hit, starved, and witnessed countless acts of violence between her parents. She also reported being molested by her father. This last summer when she was having bowel incontinence from the lithium and was worrying about it her parents upped her meds, overdosed her with benedryl and commited her

  • @oxoallieoxo It's true that Jani was shaken as a baby, because Michael Schofield has admitted it in his blog (unless you think he just made it up for fun). Even if she didn't get any brain swelling then, she's getting brain damage now from all the drugs they're giving her. Antipsychotics cause brain damage, and Jani's on massive doses of three different types.

This is CHILD ABUSE disguised as parental devotion.

  • You're the vain one, putting everyone elses comments down because you think yours are correct due to YOUR personal beliefs. I make a changes. I make sandwiches once a month for the poor downtown. I bring old clothes and blankets to shelters and the homeless when it gets cold. You on the other hand, sit on your computer obsessing about this family. Open your eyes, your not as compassionate as you pretend to be. Self-absorbed egotistical bully, you are. Closed-minded and vain, you are.

  • @oxoallieoxo You make a few sandwiches and donates ome clothes you don't want anymore and then pat yourself on the back while ignoring real abuse of a child while you get your nails done and get tattoos to promote some false image of yourself. Nice. I don't need to justify anything I am doing on or offline. This is not just about this family but millions of other kids who will follow the same path if Jani's reality is not exposed. But I know, you are too busy with sandwiches and nails.

  • It is a FACT that the Schofields were talking about Jani "seeing things not there" when she WAS AN INFANT. It is a fact she was shaken at 2 months old and was not taken to the hospital. It is a FACT that her parents dr shopped until they found a dr (who didn't see her personally btw) to label her schizophrenic when the other drs felt she was aspergers. It si a FACT that her mother is already hoping to get her brother diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder. But keep ignoring the facts...

FTR, I am a dissociative who has recovered, no meds anymore and I do have a life and a job that is substantial so I DO know what I am talking about. I looked at your profile btw and was wondering

  • @MegLuvzLife I understand your bored because acknowledging what Jani is going through and really doing something to help her would not stroke your ego for you in any way. I understand you have to get to your psychologist to discuss your narcicism and apathy. I understand that your self esteem issues take precedence over the real abuse of a little girl. Might want to ask your therapist why they think you need to project a false image of yourself with sandwiches and tattoos and all...

  • ( cont) do you use halucinegenic drugs too on top of your meds or did you use them prior to your diagnosis? As for Tom Cruise, I know that you people who worship psychiatry like to label us all scientologists but I have no affiliation. I just see a corrupt system that for a long time kept me a victim like you and kept me sick and labled and stigmatized. If you choose that for yourself fine. Jani and other kids deserve better.

  • @MegLuvzLife I have no power to delete comments here. This is not my video. You deleted your own comments. I don't have any problem with you calling me obsessed. I know you do so out of your own complacency and apathy and need for Jani to be a sick victim like yourself. She's not. She is a child who never had a choice and her parents made her sick by labeling her mentally ill and drugging her. But you don't care about that, I see.

  • Over the last two days Michael has gone on a tirade on FB. He has become hostile and abusive again over not getting the donations he believes he should have. He has begged for money for gas and then turned around and bragged about signing his new cell phone agreement and getting an Android phone! Susan has been feeding him her medication as a result! No mention of what is happening to the kids... these people have no business caring for Jani or advocating for mental illness.

  • @MegLuvzLife and yet, you're the one doubting established science. Point, set, match. Why don't you wave some crystals at me and burn some sage.

  • @25tab In what way is psychiatry "established science"? The reality is that psychiatry is psuedo science. You have been conditioned to accept it's validity. You swallowing meds is really no different from that which you mock accept waving crystals and burning sage isn't going to cause permanent brain damage and neuroleptic meds will. Point, set, match, blah.

  • @beautifulmind546 See, i avoid taking medical advice from people that don't know the difference between "accept" and "except". The pills have clinical trials and rigorous scientific methodology behind them. The shaman have centuries of superstition and hearsay. Psychiatry can in fact be backed up with evidence and logic, two things that i know you "mystical thinking" types have problems with. I'm sorry that your psychiatrist was incompetent, but that is no reason to denigrate an entire science.

  • @25tab Sometimes when people are typing fast they make mistakes. I know the difference. There are no clinical triels that show the long term effects on children. But I see you have been conditioned to believe in the psuedo science of psychiatry. Congratulations. Your ignorance and pig headedness is getting millions of kids abused and killed under the guise of psychiatric care. You have their blood on YOUR hands.

  • @beautifulmind546 I couldn't agree more with you, the fact is that until we understand the neuro-science and bio-chemistry completely we're always in the dark really, we're still a long way from understanding how a normal brain functions let alone how a depressed, anxious or otherwise mentally ill brain functions and then fixing it is a greater challenge still - the latest research is only just arriving at the conclusion I came to ages ago - SSRIs don't opperate in a vacume! (cont)

  • @ninjatoothpaste The three main catecholamines: serotonin, norepinephrine, dopamine - usually major depression is treated with SSRI or NRI or SNRI or DRI. I experimented with various different medications until I found a good balance of those three chemicals. (I settled on Effexor (SNRI) and Modafinil (weak DRI and a host of other useful stuff, neuro-protective through increased neuroplasticity and that. Fixed my damaged memory which I got from viral infection and siezures with that combo :D

  • @ninjatoothpaste They're only just beginning to understand that they need to address the bigger picture with more targeted and complex drugs rather than just using one chemical that has a single desired effect and then dozens of unwanted effects and even toxicity in many cases - the very least they aught to be doing it addressing all 3 of the well understood catecholamines which are known to play a role in depression. I was on 375mg effexor and 600mg modafinil, now it's 75mg and 200mg :D

  • @ninjatoothpaste Nothing worked, given 3 months max and I'd be sinking back into depression again, but I've been very stable for many months now - my memory and cognitive impairment were so bad that I was unable to function some days - it would take me 20 minutes to manage to put some breakfast cereal in a bowl with milk, and I often did stupid stuff like opened a tin of tomatoes and poured those on my breakfast instead of milk - I was brain damaged. Fixed now though (cont)

  • @ninjatoothpaste Doctors said that there was nothing they could do about it too, but I spent a lot of time researching on the internet - which given I forgot things as soon as I stopped looking at them took me considerable time! Some people say they've had Effexor and hated it, but for me it's the only thing that's worked so far, but though I was stable I felt too emotionally flat, the added dopamine, adrenaline, cortisol, histamine-3 and such from modafinil sorted that problem out nicely :D

  • @ninjatoothpaste So I know this vid was about schizo but given my experiences of doctors prescribing all the different SSRIs before they'd admit that maybe there was more to the problem than low serotonin, it wouldn't surprise me if there isn't a much more effective way to treat schizo too - I've found that research has served me well, when I discussed my self-prescribed treatment with my doctor she said "I don't understand it, I just prescribe them". :| The chemist knew more than the doctor!

  • @beautifulmind546 Are you a complete imbecile? No evidence? Have you even looked at a medical journal in your life? Have you ever actually studied psychiatry objectively? Do you read any books that don't have raised letters on the covers, for that matter? And i really find the straw man argument you conclude with to be hilarious, as are your pathetic attempts at an ad hominem attack. You can't back anything you say with any resource that has any credibility, so you grasp at straws. Bravo.

  • @25tab Yes I have looked at "medical journals". Psychiatry is not in the same league as other forms of medicine and if you had done some research you would know that instead of accepting that is is. The DSM is a book of made up illnesses with no biological evidence based on symptoms and behaviors that were boxed and categorized through psychiatrists voting at conventions. But keep believing in your religion of psychiatry and it's genocide of non conformists.

  • @beautifulmind546 the fact that you put medical journals in quototations says two things: You've never read one, and even if you had, you wouldn't be able to comprehend it There is nothing to "believe: about psychiatry, there are observable facts and applicable data. And again the "genocide" talk is meaningless alarmist nonsenes, as you've yet to supply any concrete examples for any of what you claim. Mental illness is very real, and it needs to be treated like any other illness.

  • @25tab You have obviously spent a lot of time reading books and theories and have spent no time with real people labled with mental illness. Tell Kelly Thomas's family that there is no genocide. Tell that to all the Texas foster kids put on these drugs just to be handled and abused and even killed. Enjoy your bible (DSM) - you are every bit as much of a mind controlled religious freak as the militant islamists.

  • @beautifulmind546 Ah, invoking a variation of Godwin's law; adorable. You continue to make baseless assumptions. And wtf does kelly thomas have to do with this? He was beaten by cops, not shrinks. As it stands, i have family undergoing treatment for mental illness, and I am minoring in psychology. I've also undergone treatment for depression myself. It's ironic that you invoke a comparison to Islamism here, as you clearly have some sort of jihad against psychiatry.

  • @25tab Your psuedo intellectualism is adorable. Kelly Thomas was murdered by cops because of the STIGMA the psychiatry has perpetuated. You are minoring in psychology - that makes complete sense. Oh and you have taken meds for depression? Where are the blood tests or MRI's that showed you had a "chemical imbalance". I would be as interested in seeing those results as I would be in seeing a real live unicorn.

  • @beautifulmind546 You really want to accuse others of being pseudo-intellectuals when it's crystal clear that you've never done legitimate research in your life? Adorable. And as fun as it is to play "six degrees of Kevin Bacon" with the thomas case, once again your arguments are built on sand. I also said i underwent treatment for depression, not that I ever took medication for it. i'd happily show you an MRI, but i don't think you'd be able to read it, as you have a problem with facts.

  • @25tab

I have some experience with reading MRIs. Are you saying that your depression shows up on a brain scan?

  • It depends on what sort of depressive disorder it is, but emerging and current research is saying "yes, in some cases".

  • @25tab

Medical journals are not relevant to this matter, because Jani has psycho-developmental problems, not medical illness.

  • @beautifulmind546 Clozapine is just about the most awful drug for side effects, but as with most things some people suffer so terribly with their schizo that they have to use it and others like it as a last resort, caught between a rock and a hard place I suppose :/ I wonder if high dose SSRIs and dopamine antagonists would be effective? Pushing up serotonin lowers dopamine too - I heard that parkinsons is the lack of dopamine and schizo over abundance of it... Not sure though.

  • @isisbriidge You have waaaaaaay too much spare time on your hands, as does everyone else that keeps reposting the same comments on all these vids, from the anti-psychiatry loon to your sock puppet account. It must be nice to collect disability and troll youtube all day.

  • @25tab

Is isisbriidge (impostor) disabled, do you think? Or is it all in his mind?

  • Susan has been going on all morning on Facebook about her upcoming radio show Bipolar Nation which will be running this Sunday at 11 am PST. She is making a point of mentioning that her show is UNCENSORED BY THE FCC despite her, Michael and the Jani Foundation working at censoring anything that speaks about the abuse of Jani. Please call into her show and demand accountability from them 818-298-2040. Ask why they censor on their blog, their FB page and block YT comments.

  • Susan Schofield has invited any who question their actions and motives to be on her radio show "Bipolar Nation". Here is the call in number and air time for when the show runs: Sundays at 11:00AM (PST)

    818-298-2040

It might be a good idea to ask Susan why she did nothing when Michael shook her daughter as an infant, why she has allowed abuse to continue as well as other questions.
