There are just two thing I dont understand about this...

1) Why does Lou jump at the end?

and 2) When Bud says "Press START," he sounds like he's about saying something else like "press start then go to..."

Those two things bother me. Sorry.

@JustJokingYou This is compared to the Who's On First sketch and at the end of Who's on First, when Lou says 'I don't care/give a damn!' because he's at the end of his rope trying to figure out what Bud is talking about, and when Bud says 'that's our short stop', Lou loses it, that's why he jumps.

Hello... the bottom bar in the Windows environment is the "task bar". The "start" button means "start a task". But to shut down the computer, you have to go to "start", which to many people (especially MAC folks) implies starting something up and not shutting down a computer. This has been a "joke" among the bickering "mac" vs "windows" people for over 15 years. "why would you go to START to shut something down... what was Bill Gates thinking?" Thanks.
