Oatmeal cookies - yum, my hubby's favorite cookie. A few years ago I started buying dried cranberries and using them in many things that took raisins and I was surprised at how I like them, I even use them in salads when we run out of tomatoes.

I like that you put dried cranberries in them. They look delicious! I try to use parchment paper but it's a pain because I have to cut it to fit my cookie sheets. Thanks for writing down the recipe!

Peanut butter is still my favorite, but I have never turned down an oatmeal cookie either. I love them with a good cup of coffee. Prefer milk with peanut butter cookie. That was fun watching, and you are an awesome baker!
