  • KIT PORTEEEEEEER!

  • Pam Grier is very beautiful.

  • Pam Grier is one of the all-time hotties of movies. My wife knows that she's in my top 5. ;)

  • Tarantino is a genius...a GODDAMNED GENIUS!!!! Even his trailers kick ass....

  • Wow what a dumb trailer....makes it looks like a shit ass Jennifer Aniston rom-com with guns.

  • Quentin Tarantino is a beast!

  • Was it in Reservoir Dogs that they're all like "Pam Grier was super hot in Jackie Brown" ? If not then what movie was it in o_O this has been torturing me for a few days

  • @bjknngbhh Yeah, it was Reservoir Dogs, but it was made a few years before Jackie Brown. They were actually talking about "Foxy Brown"

  • rey, he's got a gun!!

  • when you absolutely positively got kill every mother-in the room

  • 11 betrayed nani vitali. Read the paper...read it...read it!

  • this movie kicks ass

  • QT's best

  • BRIDGET FONDA = HOT AS HELL

  • give me some blue magic baby!

  • youtube3317 OUTPUT £103 ANDREA MCLEAN

    NIGHTMARE

  • Always appear an asshole asking this so...THE SONG IS CALLED GET READY BY THE TEMPTATIONS

  • Why are names like Jack for men and Jackie for women popular with main characters like these?

  • pam grier was hot as fuck in this one!

  • @3xWink Pam Grier in fact had her appearance toned down and roughed up for this film. I saw footage of her promoting this film on various media appearances of that time (1997) and can attest to the fact that she looked a lot more glamorous offstage than on.

  • Tarantino's movies are great, all except Death Proof, that one was simply a piece of crap.

  • @DarkyHBK sorry, but ur a fucking idiot :/

  • @cbranson Well I see that actually, you are the fucking idiot here. So I didn't like Death Proof, please sue me for that!

  • @DarkyHBK ok ur sued!

  • @cbranson He's making an educated opinion off of actually seeing all the Tarantino films; that's it. You're just a troll who feeds off of arguments. Perhaps it's time for mommy and daddy to turn the Net Nanny back on?

  • @cbranson lol

  • @DarkyHBK

Death Proof was a bit of a departure from Quentin's normal style; he played more on the old-school slasher flick feel than his usual nonlinear spaghetti western style. Understandable that you didn't like it, but I enjoyed it a lot. So, instead of saying it was simply a piece of crap, leave it at "I didn't like Death Proof and that's my opinion". Also, I'd like to see your directorial skills in action. Spike Lee has to stand on a stool to kiss Quentin's ass; I guess you'd need Everest.

  • @LeechHat You don't need to be a director in order to criticize a movie. And he can voice his oppinion the way he wants to, as long as he admits it's his oppinion and not a fact, which I'm sure he will.

  • The song is called "Get ready" by Temtations, if you wanna know :)

  • press five rapidly to see an argument between robert de niro and samuel l jackson.

  • according to netflix this film doesnt exist. :(

  • @watchingvideos1410 Its on there now...

  • Niceee movie!!!!

  • Lewis was fucking funny. Good movie

  • Fantastic film

  • Fantastic film, please request iTunes to put it on the iTunes store!

  • It's funny how it's obviously not a AK-47 on the screen when he's talking about killing every mother in the room

  • @StealthTroops that's because they used a different clip... in the actual movie it is an AK-47 on screen when he's doing that monologue.

  • @fram4153 Yes, quite obviously, that was what i was pointing out.

  • Pam Grier is timeless. She went from badass 70's chick to straight up Compton gangsta! (0:23-0:30)

  • movie was great!, but not one of qt's best movies

    although, its pretty damn underrated!

  • I just saw this movie on TV. Great movie :)

  • Comment removed

  • .....whats up you people and your names eniding in 39?

  • finally got to see it the other night. GREAT MOVIE. better than i expected.

  • i insist ..deniro's was bad casting in this one..wrong actor for that character

  • @xelbaga1987

I watched this movie for the first time only a few weeks ago and De Niro seemed somewhat out of place. I still think he did a great job though.

  • @xelbaga1987 deniro was the best character in the movie in my opinion , when he shot bridget in the head in the parking lot, that was the greatest part of the movie. Definitely one of tarantino's weaker movie's, anything he writes originally has become an instant classic, this wasn't one but deniro was class.

  • @rollingstone100 he shot her in the stomach

  • wish tarantino still made films like this :/

  • @otacon451 youre not growing are yah?

  • they forgot Michael Keaton

  • @BayouBluesMan why do you think this? it had great story, characters, dialogue, action(despite there not being much), music, and the ending was kick ass.

  • pammeellaa grriieer iiiiss.......Jackie Brown

  • @chileno39

what a coincidence, it's one of the best films I've ever seen. and none of Quentin's flicks are overrated. if anything, both this film and inglorious basterds are quite underrated.

  • @MrCoolcal20 inglorious sucked so much ass ....

  • an extremely underrated tarantino gem. i liked it as much as pulp fiction, if in a different way.

  • @MrCoolcal20 this is the only one i could compare it to in my opinion

  • PAMELA Greir IS....classic. They just don't make em like Tarentino........

  • just saw this movie last night!

it must have been a treat to watch this in a movie theatre! WHY COULDN'T I SEE IT LIKE THAT? :O ugh

  • @DenimZero like i said Jackie Brown or Pulp Fiction wasnt ripped off. Theres nothing wrong with drawing inspiration from other films either. And Resovoir Dogs was much more different than city on fire. I have seen both movies. There have been plenty of movies with jewerly heists. And I understand that at the end scene of City of Fire is somewhat similar to Resovoir Dogs except Resovoir ending was different all together.

  • @oneindachamber Like Martin Scorsese's The Departed, it draws inspiration from "Infernal Affairs" and he pays homage to that movie. not a ripoff, he just got inspiration for that movie. also he wons an oscar for best director

  • @LuisRamirez666 Yeah plenty of movies are based off of books and other movies. For example Sergio Leone's A Fistful of Dollars they say was ripped off of Yojimbo a great Asian film. But both actually take from Dashiell Hammett's book 'Red Harvest' but Yojimbo came out first and Leone would forfeit some profits from that film after bein sued by that director but everybody talks about Tarintino.

  • I have to watch this again

  • @DenimZero jackie brown wasnt ripped off so what the hell are you talking about Pulp Fiction wasnt either. There is nothing wrong with paying homage and being inspired by other films. John Woo is inspired by Martin Scorsesee and Jean Pierre melville and I see in woo's movies where he was inspired by these things from his favorite directors. And how is it ripping off when you acknowledge the person you got it from and Tarintino has done that and Woo has also

  • its a preety good film

  • this movie is better than Pulp Fiction

  • The reason why Kill Bill was rated over Jackie Brown because of the action but the storyline was very simplistic.

Jackie Brown had a more solid storlyine and solid acting the movie critics were on some type of tar back in 1997 because looking back now Jackie Brown needed to be praised

  • Man, that movie ROCKS

  • haha that comment by thisniggajoe is hilarious. Love the humor of this comment box.

  • Tarantino's movies are the best

  • this and pulp ficition are the only 2 good movies from mr. qt...this is his finest work actually..sorry qt fan boys but inglorious bastards , kill bill and that shit double feature he did are just that - shit

  • @akamarb what about reservoir dogs?

  • @akamarb

I think Jackie Brown is actually his best movie across the board, dead proof Inglorious basterdz (even though Christoph Waltz performance was amazing), were probably his worst things his ever written, they were like random scenes just strung in together by a flimsy plot

  • @vladbranco Bullshit.

  • @akamarb kill bill was good but it was not a complex storyline like Pulp Fiction and Jackie Brown

Jackie Brown gets too much heat for being the worst of his movies i think this was one of his best and with an all star cast too

  • My least Favorite Tarantino Movies just because is so fucking SLOW.. My god

  • i love how deniro's character seemed so socially awkward in this flick-must have been the time in prison. good flick, i loved it

  • don't kill every mother in the room

  • @qlight I know right :(

  • jackie brown wasnt as great as other Quintin films but only because jackie brown was such a stuck up whore that I couldnt like

  • I love Tarantino's movies, but Jackie Brown is the first that had me care for the fate of the protagonist. I didn't feel that again until Inglourious Basterds and Shoshanna.

  • jackson and de niro very crazy

  • What ever happened to Bridget Fonda? She was the hottest chick ever in the mid '90s.

  • @cybersalad she wouldnt shut up so robert de niro shot, i think he kill when that happen, im not sure, robert isnt either

  • i love the 70s vibe in this movie!!!! :D

  • @Robin4ever1970 think almost every movie of his reminds me of the 70's :D

  • one of Tarantino's best IMO

  • I adored this movie !

  • JESUS CHRIST RELAX GUYS!

  • Sambo L. Jackson...what an ugly mug...highly overrated in the acting dept. too.

  • @440John Dude shut the fuck up, samuel L jackson is actually a good acter, like to see you do better, retard. i aint a major fan, but he's a good acter.

  • @RAPFURY1 ACTOR. That's how it's spelled. Jackson is a very good actor. He's doing what he's been directed to do by Quentin, combined with his innate good dose of charisma.

  • @strandwolf Same difference! lmao, and you've just basically re-said what i just did?

  • @RAPFURY1 Yeah. I don't what that John dude has against Jackson. Samuel L. was amazing in Pulp Fiction. I'd like to see John's own mug, by the way...hmm...or now would I?

  • @440John and your not even rated at all because you're worse than him

  • Tarantino's most mature/realistic movie of all. I wish he'd make this kind of movie more often instead of his current over-the-top style.

  • i didnt know this movie was made in 97????

  • I love you Pam Grier <3

  • Pam Grier can make me question my sexuality at any age.

  • this IS A BRILLIANT MOIVIE IMO!!!

  • It has pretty much gotten to the point where as long as a movie is written and directed by QT, we can be certain it is going to be well above average, and quite possibly, a masterpiece - that is high praise for high quality filmmaking.

  • Blaxploitations beautiful swansong.

  • Overrated.

  • Underrated.

  • "basterds" is the best tarantino's picture

  • chileno39 sucks balls

jackie brown was an amazing film

  • @chileno39 you probably havent seen twilight? or transfomers 2

  • @chileno39

Go back to your Li'l Wayne videos then, retard.

  • @FungusMossGnosis go fuck your mother again nerdboy

  • @chileno39 you obviously didnt understand it. your probably one of those dumbasses that watches cheap overated movies with simple pointless stories. like transformers and that avatar bullshit! what are you like 13?? come back when you have matured a little and are a little smarter because this movie isnt supposed to be an action packed movie with gun fights and explosions. thats not what makes a movie good. good acting good dialog and a good sotry make a a good movie. wich avatar didnt have.

  • @REKONBALL2 whatabout freedom of opinions u jerk. most tarantino movies are overrated apart form pulp fiction. and compared to pulp fiction this is shit.

  • @chileno39 are you kidding me!?!?!? not a single one of his films are overrated!!!!!!!!!! this was his best movie!!! now tranformers and avatar, those are overrated!! and yea your right about having an opinion. but having an opinion and know what a good movie is are two COMPLETELEY diffrent things. and you obviously dont know what a good movie is. you cant say a cheesy childrens action movie is good. it may be entertaining, but not good.

  • Comment removed

  • @chileno39 People are free to have there own opinions, but that doesn't mean they're not wrong.

  • @chileno39 I'm 13 and can tell that I have a much better taste in movies than you.

  • what song is this?

  • genius! when you are gonna... kill evry MOTHER... in the room! they cut away the "FUCKER"... because it's a "bad word", yeah, right..

kill every "mother" in the room sounds better, don'it? it seems to me like a joke for this "politically coorrect" and "polite" bullshits! brilliant!

  • This just dosent make me wana see the movie. i love his work but is it realy worth seeing?

  • Every once in a while i like to watch this movie. And for one reason.Bridget Fonda. She is SO DAMN HOT IN THIS ONE. (Thumbs up if you agree )

  • @DirtyABirdy fuck your "thumbs up"

  • @rzhslu read this closely -----EAT MY SHIT FAGGOT ------

  • @rzhslu thank you for saying what i wanted to

  • i have seen all the films by quentin tarantino but not this, i guess because i havent here much of it like pulp fiction reservoir dogs and kill bill, is this film any good?

  • @thodorisgiannakopoul I have been a Tarantino guy since Kill Bill then I got the chance to see all of his movies as I got older but not this one until i finally bought it online because you cant find this movie at any store. I saw it just last week and I have to say its just as amazing as Resevoir and Pulp Fiction. The performances and the music really make the movie special.

  • @thodorisgiannakopoul IMO i think this was another great tarantino film. People dont hear much about it because i dont think it wasn't as popular audiencewise as pulp fiction and reservoir dogs, but regardless of that, this is still just as good as Quentin's first 2 movies. The dialogue was great/funny and the performances of greir and jackson were wonderful. So if you've seen Tarantino's other movies, you've got to watch this one.

  • GEssh what a fantastic movie by Tarantino!! He just doenst know how to make a bad movie!! Defitenely underrated, great performances and music!

  • If this isn't considered a good film, then Tarantino is a shitty Director, cause this is one of his best.

  • Jackie Brown is one of Tarantino's best films, only retards dislike a movie that has Pam Grier, Sam Jackson, Robert De Niro, Bridget Fonda, Michael Keaton, and Robert Forster. Tarantino's worst movies are Death Proof and Kill Bill, Death Proof is the biggest pile of shit I've ever seen.

  • @LiquidSolidRaiden what are talking about death proof is a really really great movie i think it is one of his best!although i agree for kill bill!but man not for death proof its an amazing movie with great music also

  • Comment removed

  • @marilou7itgr I liked the first half of Death Proof, but the second half was weak and full of unlikable characters,(including a female Sam Jackson knock-off). If you consider a movie with a weak plot and characters great, fine with me, but that's the type of movie I avoid.

  • @LiquidSolidRaiden no i didnt think the characters of the second half were weak and in the second part the end for me was great you have the feeling of moral justification as in many of tarantino's films as reservoir dogs inglorious bastards death proof and i like that partand for me s film were really interesting but thats only my opion you have yours!

  • My fav Tarantino movie.

  • Bridget Fonda is smoking!

  • Jackie Brown is seriously the most underrated movie ever, it`s awesome and Tarantino`s third best after Pulp and Dogs.

  • Comment removed

  • what's the name of the song?

  • @lawrenceasa

"Get Ready" by the famed band "The Temptations"

  • this movie is so underrated

  • Best movie Tarantino ever made.

  • You just gotta love this movie, I adored De Niro in this one.

  • I totally forgot about this movie and how good it was: one of the best Tarantino soundtracks to date.

  • great movie, awful trailer

  • Jackie Brown is my favorite Tarantino film...mainly because he didn't screw it up by acting in it lol

  • @bennyvega100 I heard he very nearly played Ordell!!!

  • @TomFromJersey

are you serious?? Thank God he didn't!!

  • I like the way Samuel L. J. proudly explains the AK47 device to DeNiro... LOL

  • samuel jackson's hair and how unrealistic the last scene at the mall with the cops was. but seriously has anyone ever seen a black person with hair like samuel l jackson's hair neither have i.

  • This is a great movie, though I have to say, it's Tarantino's worst.

  • @HattedMovieReviewer

    that's exactly what I thought

  • @HattedMovieReviewer Tarantino has no such thing as a worst movie

  • @thisniggajoe That's what I thought until I saw Death Proof... (u_u,)

  • @enotdetcelfer death proof was amazing!!

  • @thisniggajoe Wrong:

    It's called 'Kill Bill'.

If he ever makes a film as great as this again, I will be the first to rejoice. With 'Inglorious Basterds', he's well on his way to building back his rep with me.

  • @FungusMossGnosis Wrong.

I've seen all of Tarantino's movies and Kill Bill is by far my favorite, In fact it's my favorite film of all time. It has style, substance, great dialogue and acting. Plus it's probably his most creative film to date (anime sequence, black and white scenes, eccentric soundtrack.)

  • @videosarefun69

Wow, you've seen all six of his movies. That must have been hard narrowing it down, then.

Truth is, neither of us is right or wrong. I see a distinctly uneven quality to his movies, placing 'Jackie Brown' at the top, 'Kill Bill' at the bottom. You are presumably the opposite. One is right from his side, the other right from his. I found a Tarantino movie I love with little reservation. You found one too. Good for us.

  • @thisniggajoe

Kinda does actually :) Anything from the 90's from him are all in my top 10 list... The rest... Meh.

  • @CubeLuda kill bill movies were epic! deathproff, I dont understand why people dont like it? Russell killed that performance and the car chases were insane. The Basterds, Christoph Waltz owned the movie!!! IMO He has not made one bad movie

  • @CubeLuda yeah I agree 1990s was the tarantino era, inglorious was good but in those days he was just the fucking king. Though tbh 90s was just an awesome decade for films.

  • @RelaxItsJustAFlare

Thank you. Someone that agrees with me :) The best era for action/comedy/crime movies where in the 90's. Top directing, top acting, top action... Everything was the bomb! Today? Crappy acting, nothing but CGI, and horrible low-budget directing because directors have gotten lazy due to technology.

I have a top-200 movie list, and around 80% of it are films from the 90's. That says something :)

  • @thisniggajoe lets not forget death proff, oh wait i meant to forget death proof, damn it!

  • @thisniggajoe Yes he does. Deathproof stinks to high heaven even though the first half, Planet Terror was brilliant.

  • @thisniggajoe Yes he does. Deathproof stinks to high heaven even though the first half, Planet Terror was brilliant. And Basterds is good, but not great...too damn much talking for no reason whatsoever.
