The "penalty is in reality a illegal gov shakedown on insurance companies and a phony "punishment" that is way undercutting of inruance to make someone get it. People don't need insurance what they need is savings production wealth and business the fascists are up destroying the only thing that gets rid of real poverty and provides for real meedical goods and services the market after years of raping it over with taxes, regs, more regs, even more regs, and tort terrorism.

my grandmother had every insurance there was since she was 18yo, and died at 91.. she NEVER made a claim against any insurance company.. her premiums went to pay for those sick, in a car accidents, house burned down,etc.. the majority DO NOT GET SICK, auto accidents and have burned down houses that's what makes it a win,win for the ins. companies.. if it ain't broke don't fix it.. the illegal gov't should do what the Constitution tells them, and keep their nose out of the STATES business..
