Cant help u in that problem (problem to download??), or its a issue with your PC/OS or a site bug. If the problem is when you try to INSTALL and the OS ask you to have administrator rights you will have to install as an administrator, with an administrator login. Check your type of logon account.

Recorded with FRAPS and zoom feature is a kind of screensaver and its automatic. To put it there just serach the right option on the settings, as i said on description i dont have it installed anymore. Try to find the option on settings, i'm pretty sure u'll find it. :)
