Man! BlogTV days, those were so much fun. But I hear you, that must have been a /lot/ of work. You know, for as long as I've been doing my YouTube thing, I've /never/ had a schedule. Not once. I just upload stuff when I feel like it. Maybe I'd have more subscribers if people knew what was going to be uploaded when... *Shrugs.* Food for thought I guess. lol To answer your question though, I'd say meeting people at Youmacon is the first thing that comes to my mind.
And yeah man! The schedule thing was a trip. I was so hard on myself to produce content too. But I don't think a schedule matters anymore. Just developing a relationship with your viewers. And some other stuff.
