As one presumably would tell from seeing the other "prevent it" ads, the people are not perfectly fine - it's supposed to give an unsettling, creepy feeling because the victim is suddenly so composed despite their horrific injuries, when in real life they would be dead. It's that out-of-place dark humour of sorts - the victim is obviously not fine, but the ad is highlighting the risks of neglectful workplace behaviours by having the victim who has suffered from it personally address the issues.
