If this is not a case of excessive force then what is? This goes beyond race. This affects every one. People are shot all the time there must be penalties for these police who shoot people. There must be a penalty! Who will Police the Police?

The problem lies with blacks because you are trying to make this a black thing when it a evil thing and blacks don't do anything about this CONTINUAL PROBLEM. Blacks do not understand that we are at war. and you don't go to court when someone has declared war on you. You protect yourself. This happens everyday and blacks still don't how to unite and protect yourself.

Give me an example how/what does Sean Bell and his friends do in the situation there were in to "protect" themselves as suggested in your comment.

research the art of war or the history of how people protect themselves ( and survive) when war is declared on them. than look at the many nation who have died because they cant recognize evil. Africa, the jews, native americans, black america. this is war and black folks are trying to love satan instead of protecting yourselves. than call on jesus for wisdom

Police officers are not trained to kill, they are trained to demobilize the subject and to keep him from advancing and to knock him down. If it takes a 1000 bullets to neutralize the threat, then so be it. These officers were justified to shoot as many times based on what they felt the threat was. Did they make a mistake, probably yes, but they did not murder Sean Bell based on racism or a criminal intent. It was a tragic mistake if anything.

I understand the reality of what you've written, however, my biggest issue isn't the fact that tragic mistakes are a possibilty. The issue as I mentioned in my video, is that this happens, this type of "tragic mistake" happens over and disproportionally in certain neighborhoods and never to this degree in other neighborhoods. So my issue is that the type of policing that happens in poorer neighborhoods is more extreme than in others and no effort is being made to correct this.

If they are justified to shoot as many time as we please because they felt threatened, why can we not do the same. How many times have guns accidentally gone off, and people still go to jail. It doesn't matter if someone was accidentally killed, you will be incarcerated. The rules for one, should be the rule for all.

I think we all need to work this out, if for no other reason than to avoid excepting this, simply because it has happened so often. We have to push for change, push for acceptance that there is a major problem, and get the people at the top to be motivated toward solutions instead of lipservice.

Okay, you are right about that. But, tell me how? How do we do more than lip service when thats all we get? If we become violent then they will use that against us. If we go through the motions of marching, there till not going to do anything.

They dont care about the less fortunate areas. They never have. What can we do that will gain the rights and respect we deserve? How can we change this without violence? I dont want to kill anyone for change and maybe thats the only thing thatwe can do. GOD FORBID, if this is the only way. They feel we deserve this . They feel that we are not worthy to treat as dogs, let alone as humans. So, I ask again, what are we going to do?
