Sonic X pros: Acceptable voice acting(except Robotnik), funny, was completed.

Sonic X cons: Some characters are annoying(Amy Rose comes to mind) Robotnik was a fool accompanied by two (while hilarious) equally dumb robots, too light-hearted and cheerful.

Sonic SatAM pros: Great voice-acting overall, intelligent female characters(Sally Acorn) dark and serious tone, very creepy Robotnik who is true to his nature(evil), and was generally a much better show.

Sonic SatAM cons: Never finished.

Next Generation=Campy (Adam West, "Adventures of Sonic")

Taking things seriously=Whoa! (Tim Burton films, "Sat AM")

Excessively Campy=Crap! (US dub of Sonic-X and Sonic Underground, Schumacker Films)

Back to the Dark Side=SWEET! (Nolan films, ????)

Perhaps we'll see the darkest incarnation of Robotnik in the not too distant future.

Yep, there were 2 shows. One was Adventures Of Sonic The Hedgehog which had a looney tunes vibe to it and was downright crazy. The other was Sonic The Hedgehog which was darker and more like the old Max Fleischer cartoons. They both came out the same year so to differentiate between them, fans started calling the latter show "Sonic SatAM" as it aired on Saturday mornings.
