What I don't get is that Cronos is talking about Black Metal and Death Metal. Neither of those genres really existed in 1985. I mean you had Possessed for death metal and Venom and Bathory for black metal and that was about it.

@TheCryptViolator What are you talking about? Cronos coined the term black metal in '82. By the time of this video, Sepultura, Morbid Saint, Possessed, Mantas demos, Bathory, Sodom, Destruction were all legit bands by this point. All labeled Black and Death metal at the time.

It wasn't until Bathory came in that black metal had a much more definitive term and even greater once Mayhem and Darkthrone were writing anything post-deathcrush.
