stop trying to make it smaller i want a decent size one that is big enough to hold not some mouse like the xoom is good so is the galaxy tab but stop trying to go smaller you want something small ?
Gonna go with samsung, Xoom just didn't do it quite right. And I actually like the phone designs, they aren't boring just because they're on cellular devices XD. Xoom is very nice though
im returning my xoom and getting the samsung galaxy tab, it was a deal at my job either the xoom for 325 or galaxy for free with contract. But the xoom is so heavy plus i noticed there is no hbo go for it yet and many other apps i like are not on there. Rather carry a light rooted galaxy tab around than a heavy crappy screen xoom.
Hey lisa. im a very big fan of yours and i would really loke to know something or everything about the expensive Vertu Constellation and all about those expensive phones, im looking forward for that review.
I can wait for the galaxy tab 10.1 comes out in June 7 inch tablets are stupid over size phones I'll pass I don't want a tablet if It's not running honey comb
I bought a Samsung Galaxy Tab yesterday at the Verizon store for $199. The cheapest I saw the zoom for was $599. So three to one or roughly the gap between a Miata and a Porsche. Many people say that Android 3.0 will be available on the Galaxy by summer. I'm a real big guy (6'5") but I found all of the 10 inch tablets to heavy to hold one handed with any comfort.

@Agorante So you paid $199 for the Tab and $480 in air fees? (2 years at $20.00) $679.00 lol I'll wait for the carrier-free WiFi version or carrier-free GSM (and root/ROM it) and save the cash.
I have the Galaxy Tab and like she says it is a handy, highly portable tablet that I can take anywhere. The screen is fairly responsive, though it does suffer from some lag. The reason I bought it was that it was light, just the right size, and easily portable.
This was mostly a review of 2.2 vs honeycomb which doesn't work, but makes sense how you may have gotten carried away with it.
Although the Motorola Xoom seems like a decent product, after working for Motorola I will never purchase anything they make ever again. Mistreating employees, underpaying, massively outsourcing jobs.
I too am interested in the Notion Ink Adam vs. Xoom.
Maybe you can also do a review on the Windows ExoPC.
how can u compare a phone+tablet to a big fat tablet that cant fit in ur back pocket?who cares about speed dualcore shit? no matter how fast dualshit u got u cant play ps2 games on there unless the ghz is runing on 2ghz and galaxy tab can run ps1 game fine just the way it run!
I saw engadget say that 2011 will be the fall of the net book and be replaced with tablets I disagreed with that in November of 2010 and now I have been looking around and it would be hard to disagree with the statement of 2011 being the fall of the net book
@managarm1349 I thought it was very useful...I don't see much difference between them...honeycomb is not going to blow anyone away, that's for sure....
Lisa, Your reviews have grown on me over the past year. I find that they are pleasant, straight forward and informative. Great review. I look forward for your review of the Notion Ink Adam vs. Xoom sometime soon as this is where I am conflicted in thought.
I personally will never see the reason why anybody would get one of these tabs (ipad included) over a netbook or any laptop for that matter. They do far much less and are way over priced.
Xoom wins on almost every front IMO, except of course portability. But your not going to put the Tab in your pocket anyways, are you? So its kind of a moot point, Xoom wins.
@smellynachos Yea i got GT 8.9 size and weight are Perfect also device is smooth

and people say that the 7in tablets are too small but they're perfectly fine using their smartphones
