  • *stunned* !! WOW!!! You're Brilliant! I've been classically trained & i'm trying to get into playing jazz... but finding it really tough. People tell me u cant 'learn' jazz, u just have to be born with it in u.

  • Wow, thanks for such a great comment,chocolategalaxy !

Jazz is like anything -the more you practise, the easier it gets....

  • While I was drinking my coffee this morning on bed I listen to this song and couldn't come on the name of the female singer of this song. So I was peeking at the comments and yes there was the name. I remember that I have sung that song years ago in a choir and how much fun I had then. I truly love your interpretation of this piece Colin.

    Hugs from me. xxx

  • Yeah, Truus -it was Peggy Lee. You have to sing this song for me sometime, I bet you'd be great! Hugs from Colin xx

  • Hey Sir , Who is playing tonight in The Pianobar, Dave Grusin ???? No Sir it is even better .....

It is The Fabolous Colin Mithcell !!!!

OK I´ll have two beers then, none for Me, and two for Him..........

Ohhhhhh Colin , This is....... Top-Notch......

1 million stars and Faved Immediatelly.....

    Mange The Swede With Speed......

  • Wow thanks Mange! Always honoured to read such flattering comments from you, my friend!

  • Colin, you absolutely astonished me with your

take-no-prisoners, cosmopolitan pianist stalking his prey, tour-de-force arrangement of a song so entwined with the alluringly aloof Peggy Lee, that it's hard to imagine another singer taking her place, let alone a solo instrumental so fabulous that you'd ask Miss Peggy to 'put a cork in it' if she dared to intrude on Colin's song! I'm hoping my breathless run on sentence will convey a bit of my actual enthusiasm for this killer jazz improv! ~Tez

  • Sorrry...I meant to write killer jazz arrangement!

  • Tez, I love reading your comment, so poetic, so 'you' , always you make me smile and feel good about what I try to do!

    Many thanks and hugs-Colin xx

  • beautiful playing, as always.

  • Thanks for that , ShadowStrawberries!
