But its ok to undermine the tribal sovereignty with programs that provide Federal funding, and the "rules" that follow. IMF bankers borrow money, and then force the privatization of water and public services like electricity. Tribal cops, that are white, instead of hiring tribal members that have completed the college and state requirements. Copenhagen is hijacked environmentalism for "carbon credits" that allow corps to buy there way out of environmental regulation. NOT MY TRIBE! SUCKERS!
