9/11...I will never forget. I was teaching my 4th grade class. The school (where many military children attended) was in chaos before we heard and unfortunately saw the news. I have heard many songs dedicated to that day but this was the most heartrending..Will I forget - NEVER! Now with Osama gone I hope the world will become a better place. I know exactly where I was at on September 11. I was stationed at Ramstein Air Force Base. I have been in the service 14 years. I had mixed feelings. I was pretty ticked and was ready to get the idiots who did that and then I was just scared about my homeland. God Bless the USA and all our troops serving this great land.

I was in work in Pennsauken, NJ. The warehouse Mgr cam in and asked if we heard about the towers, we didn't as we don't have a radio on during work, so the mgr immiately turned on a little radio he had, then he ran home and got a TV and we all sat in front of the TV and watched in fear. The GM's sister worked in tower one, thank God she made it oput. When I hear songs like this, I always go back to that day, thinking about all the ones who did not made it,

i was 2 builds over when it happen my uncle died his 3year old son and 5week old dughter and my aunt she was 27 i will never forget see them bodies flying all over the place people jumping out the windows i was almost six.............
September 11, 2001 will be a day I will never forget. I was in St. Louis at a doctors office sitting in the waiting room when the first tower was struck. I was not far from the arc where they were shutting it down because they had warnings out that a plane may hit it. I thank all the troops fighting for our country and also the police officers and fireman that were there to assist with the situation and am still grateful for the ones that help protect our communities now.
God Bless and comfort those torn apart by this horrid event. We MUST keep the memory of this event fresh. If a CO university teacher is allowed to preach that the Jewish Holocst never happened in WWII, then you know damn good and well that there are those out there that will do everything that they can to encourage our forgetfullness about 9/11. I was almost 8 when this happened. My dad worked in DC. I knew that the towers had fallen, but then my mom was really worried talking on the phone and I picked up something about a crash in DC. I was terrified, I thought that my daddy had died in a crash, my mom didn't know I thought that, and I held that terrified thought to myself until he walked through our door around three. I will never forget!

I was in work in Pennsauken, NJ. The warehouse Mgr cam in and asked if we heard about the towers, we didn't as we don't have a radio on during work, so the mgr immiately turned on a little radio he had, then he ran home and got a TV and we all sat in front of the TV and watched in fear. September 11, 2001 will be a day I will never forget. I was in St. Louis at a doctors office sitting in the waiting room when the first tower was struck. I was not far from the arc where they were shutting it down because they had warnings out that a plane may hit it. I thank all the troops fighting for our country and also the police officers and fireman that were there to assist with the situation and am still grateful for the ones that help protect our communities now.

I was almost 8 when this happened. My dad worked in DC. I knew that the towers had fallen, but then my mom was really worried talking on the phone and I picked up something about a crash in DC. I was terrified, I thought that my daddy had died in a crash, my mom didn't know I thought that, and I held that terrified thought to myself until he walked through our door around three. I will never forget!

But really don´t you know that way too many people died there? i guess you do know. And when it comes to the communists, they were ruined after the ww2, check things out for your self im not gonna force you to get convinced.

@7AAA7 By the way, it was kind of hard to read what you were saying because of the grammer and punctuation. Sorry, I have hard time reading things like that. But nothing of what I know about communists comes from Hollywood. Didn't know there was anything like that. I have read about it in history books and simply other research books. And wasn't the korean war all about stoping the communists from taking over south korea and that was after WW2. That is what I thought.

Because they died they are heroes? Don't get me wrong, 911 was a horrible event, but being murdered doesn't constitute being heroic. Tragic I can understand, but doesn't heroic imply a feat of heroism?

i remembr EXACTLY wat i was doin at the time of 9/11, i was sittin in my 2nd grade class & all of a sudden the TV came on & i hear ovr the intercom tht we had 2 stop & watch what was happenin, i was cryin bcuz evn tho i was only 7 i undrstood wat great loss was & it was 2 much 2 bare, we got out early and i went home & cried in my sisters arms, im 15 & im sayin this 2 evryone who thinx this is a joke, THIS IS AMERICA! & WE'LL PUT A BOOT IN UR ASS 2 SHOW OUR LOV FOR IT!! nevr 4get the lost heros

@aprilshefler I was in second grade too. We talked about what we felt about what happened and everyone was crying. I'm fifteen now and doing a powerpoint on 9/11 for my word processing class. You are right. It is not a joke. It is a serious thing and whoever thinks it is a joke can go f*** themselves. (No offence meant to anyone, so please dont take offence to that.)
