This video was very inspiring. I am 8 months post op starting at 319 size 24 and now 186.5 in a size 13/14. The weight is still coming off but much slower maybe a pound a week. I would love to get to a size 8/10 if possible. When your weight started slowing down did you remain in the same size? I guess what I am asking is do you feel a size 8/10 is possible if it is already slowing down for me? You are an inspiration and look amazing. I have videos and pics at kelisgrubak check them out.

YOU GO GIRL.....i have my surgery in less themn 3wks im so nerves...but excited tooo. i hope im like you i dont want alot of extra skin. how old are you if you dont mind me asking because my doctor say it depends on your age wherther you have alot of excess skin
YOU LOOK GREAT IM SEEING THE DOC NOW FOR CLEARENCE YOU KNO PULM,PCP ECT. I HAVE BEEN YOU TUBING FOLKS DAY AND NIGHT IM SO EXCITED. MY LAST APPT WITH THE RD IS JUNE 17 MY AND THEN THE SURG WILL GIVE ME A DATE. IM 245 IM HOPING I WONT BE TO SKINNY ,OR HAVE LOSE SKIN.
In all honesty and I mean this in the nicest possible way.... when you were overweight those pictures looked like the moma of your after pictures, in the afters you look like the daughter, weight really does age you, GO GIRL!

@duvey78 I had a tummy tuck before I had the surgery and I did alot of dancing after i had the surgery
