I'm not saying this isn't impressive (I could never do it), but why the tool-assist? Doesn't that kind of cheapen the achievement? Anyone can at least get fairly close to this time if they slow the game down to a snail's pace...

This was a pretty weird game, but for some reason I never liked it as much as the Mana series that it spun off from. It even had some elements to it that felt a bit like Chrono Trigger, one of my favorite SNES RPGs, but I can't quite remember why I didn't like it as much. I think finding components for alchemy could be a little monotonous, and the levels were a bit linear and sterile, if my memory serves me correctly.

Such a good game. I played and beat this long before I even tried Secret of Mana, so this one always ranks higher than Mana for me (SoM is still great, don't get me wrong)

This plus SoM, Chrono Trigger, Earthbound and Mario RPG were the pinnacle of SNES RPGs.

@ChaseEdwards same with me, when this game hit the market i was 9 and it was my 2nd SNES Game (the 1st was Asterix)... It is still my favourite game of all time and consoles... Secret of Mana was my 4th Game and it was great as well, but Evermore will always be my #1 Game!!!

Das ist die normale Geschwindigkeit der NTSC Version die hier benutzt wurde, welche mit 60 Frames pro Sekunde läuft. Die deutsche PAL Version mit der du's womöglich vergleichst, läuft mit 50 fps, und ist deswegen etwas langsamer.

Up until Frame Advance when necessary. This is the slowest possible mode you can have in tool-assisted conditions, and it lets you control the moves during every single frame (smallest interval you can have in a game) for maximal precision.

Nope, no cheats at all. The bridges won't crumble if you use the correct path as shown. If they did, you wouldn't be able to get to Thraxx at all.

Although it's currently the only 100% run on the net that shows how to get absolutely every item, it's unfortunately not a TAS, so it wouldn't fit to this channel, which was created for TAS runs only. But let's see, maybe I will make a exception with it someday (and eventually with other unassisted runs too).

I think its quite comparable to the way defense-glitch works. Meaning that if you have atlas ona certain level and you activate it, save, restart and wait till it wears off your attack will be impossibly high... till you switchthe computer off again.
