Sure SP was the best when he still has the "Voice". Watch his NY '94 concert on You Tube singing "Only The Young" compared to AP's version in Revelation - Proof that SP was not the same during his prime. How worse will it get after 14 years? If every other Journey singer is compared to SP when he had the "Voice", it is just fair to compare SP today to that same SP standard. If there is no live proof that SP still has that "Voice" today then he is just SP the legend without the "Voice".
