Really appreciate the positive comments guys. The music and narration isn't the best but didn't spend too much time trying to perfect this - i've definately learnt for the next time!
very nice animation, from this i learned immediately the why and what of carpal tunnel syndrome. I knew nothing of it before, except that it might come to people using keyboard or mouse a lot. I think i might have that aswell, intermittently however, as the pain usually subsides with a night's sleep. And it rarely occurs anyway.
This sucks, I have type up to 225 wpm at school since it's part of my career (stenographer). I'm currently at 180 wpm and my hands started to hurt all of a sudden once I got into that speed. I'm so sad since I'm almost done with school :(
Great animation, though a little too fast and too quiet narration and a little too many unrelated movements, that make it hard to isolate which muscle does what.
Hand in the animation is constantly moving and swirling. Would be great if there was a little more concrete identification.
@GoldenShiner1 What do you mean? Everyone has an accent and the narrator has a high British accent which is often regarded as quite neutral. If you are used to the American accent, that is your problem and I have no sympathy whatsoever.
10 years ago I had a brachial plexus injury traffic accident analysis of electromyography k says I have moderate injury in the total radial and ulnar and median, I am a father of famial of scarce economic resources with a child if any doctor could help him eternally grateful because from that day to this day I keep feeling pain in the palm of my right hand which was the accidente.vivo in Ica Peru, or any assistance from any ONG.o the address of someone who can help me. thanks.
Although the "sensation" of trouble is at the wrest, the actual “seminal” cause is impingement of the median nerve around the pronator teres muscle (proximal to the elbow)!

Well, this is my first time to post a comment on youtube, but the quality of the video and the quality of the audio brought me to it. This video is so well done that it is amazing, but the audio is so poor that it is equally amazing that it is accompanies this video. It is like looking at a Lamborghini but hearing the sputtering of a lawnmower. Good job overall though.
Thanks all, appreciate your comments...although, nazis?! It was modelled and rigged in 3ds max and just rendered in the default 3ds max scanline renderer.
This is awesome mate. Although, it would be so much better if you sorted your mike out. If you was to run back over it with nice clear audio you'd be onto a winner. :D Peace
great video, but I was sure the FPL only flexes the thumb and does not pronate the forearm... Also what program did you use to render the images? Thanks
this is very cool, it would be more cool if the animation contain the Method of injecting directly into the carpal tunnel and the Method of injecting proximal to the carpal tunnel. I'll wait for that
great :) ! thnx

Excellent video! Did you just not show the palmar carpal ligament or is it not modeled? Does your model simulate ligament stretch or stress?

The music is too loud and the gentleman speaking is too soft and too close to the microphone.
MishaKitty1723 8 months ago
What about using a proper microphone when putting so much effort into the video?

Very nice animation. I like the music, however it was somewhat distracting and rather drowned-out the persons' voice.

Regarding EuTuboSim2010's comment...i have no idea to be honest as i'm a 3d animator not doctor unfortunately. I hope the problem does get better :)

Ever wonder why these surgeries ALWAYS fail?
