The people have done it because they enjoy wasting money doing stupid schemes. Why put a rusting pile of scrap metal in a place that used to be enjoyed by lots of people. This has totally ruined a place where I used to go to relax and used to look at the skyline. Goodness knows how much money has been wasted here! There are better ways of teaching about historical events and respecting the fallen. Disgraceful!!!!!!
