  • @EvilPentagram666 Oh My GOD! Thats some bad luck, but you gotta admit its kinda funny too! Well, from my end of the computer any way. lol

Better luck next time. I might recomend smoke on the water OR stairway to heaven...LOL

  • At 3:01 you do a strumming pattern by just picking with your fingers...how do you do that?

  • @916marine Put your nails under the strings and pull

  • @nothuman100

Ouch! Unless you've grown your nails for classical guitar and practiced like that, I definitely don't recommend doing that.

  • @potatoXmosher lol no i bite my nails, i basically put my fingers under the strings and pull (my dad taught me it when i wanted to learn a pattern he'd made)

  • @916marine

Not the guitar sage, but I might be able to help. Bass notes are slapped with the thumb and the chordal strings are plucked harshly by the other four fingers at the same time. Try assigning one string per finger this way, the thumb alternating between the A and E strings depending on the chord. Slapping is a different technique entirely, so look that up in a video and spend about a week practicing it all.

  • @potatoXmosher Cool, I appreciatte the explanation.

  • Would also like to learn that.

  • thanks dude really helpful

  • This was very helpful, especially your strumming breakdown. Thank you!

  • it sounds great.but i dont think this is lovesong

  • Yep, it's Love Song, but a kind of country interpretation of it!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Think I got it, but man is my guitar tuned low... lol And yes bar chords are a real pain.

  • Every lesson you post is absolutely amazing. My only suggestion (and this is me [not a guitar genius] telling you [a guitar genius], so you're free to discard it) explain your strumming patterns the same way you did in this video.

Love your stuff - keep up the fantastic work.

PS - I swear to God; your foot sounds like a tennis ball bouncing.
