i guarantee you it sounds more like a rabid bear than a hair dryer. camera mic doesn't do it justice. i own one. they sound more like a muscle car without an exhaust.  fyi, they are 2 stroke motorcycles.. not 4 stroke.. so, should sound more like a dirtbike than a ninja

its not a replica.

its fairly common to see them smoke more on the right if you are running the pump.

it runs TTS in pump and 60:1 premix R30

Really, its genuine!? I race a T500 and although all the replicas like mine have oil pumps (plus a premix of some description) the genuine articles (i.e. the genuine motoGP) bikes never did. Especially the works ones! Still its great to see it, I wish you all the best on the future, maybe well meet at a race meeting sometime!?

all air cooled TR's (works and Private)

had oil pumps.

Water cooled TR's did no have oil pump because water pump was mounted in same location..

TR's Were a production based Racer and not really classified as a "works gp bike" a bit like a td-tr-tz250 yamaha.

They were production but they still were raced by privateers in 500  eg, Rob Bron, Jack findlay
