Well, yes and no yes, cause once you hit 77, its easy to get theres, no because 1. you can tlk to a mage to port you and 2. theres some sort of crystal that you use to get up there into Dalaran

Nagrand is in a corner. Have you seen how Netherstorm, Shadowmoon, and Hellfire, are all barren wastelands. Kael'Thas is at Netherstorm, and its a barren purple rock. Illidian is at Shadowmoon, and its a fiery inferno of blackness. Hellfire was where the dark portal opened up, so I don't think much is going to survive that.

Well if You played Warcraft II and III then You would sure know what do I mean. Yes this city was in WoW, but closed, and You couldn't see anything inside nor enter. Well it is nice feeling when You enter in something that is a big lore of Warcraft. This city got a big history of Warcraft inside ;) All famous heroes cross inside in the past.

Dalaran was transported by magic from Alterac Valley to it current location in Northrend, and is not allied with neither factions. It's neutral, pretty much like Shattrath.
