Oh My! Thank you all so much! I am totally **blushing** right now :) This track is very inspiring to hoop to. It's on the album Feuerhake: Reworx and is called "What is Soul?" ~ the Marc O'Tool rmx. I would recommend spinning just a little bit every day ~ starting with 1 minute & going from there. When you get dizzy, you should S L O W D O W N and then stop. I also recommend an empty stomach. You'll find if you maintain the practice, you'll be able to go a little longer every day. <3
