the outside temp was around 40 degrees...not sure on the water temp

@Omikron99 the call turned out to be a false alarm . a caller to 911 said they thought they saw head lights in the water and foot prints on the ice near where they saw the lights coming from . i got this info from a park forest fire fighter who was on the scene

there was NO headlights in the water...there was a Flashlight found on the ice and there was a hole in the Ice..
