I was in Tarmiyah from JAN 05 thru JAN 06. The IP were the center of all evil. The place was a shithole even then. We established the first patrol base at the IP station in the summer of 05. I personally arrested the district IP Chief and put him in Abu.

ha ha ha Lord Prior. He is gone now though. Not much left of 4/9 infantry anymore since we got back.
