We've been under total cloud cover for a week now and got only about 10 minutes rain & news preview says "will we finally get a rainless day some time soon?". It's as if they're trying to give everyone impression that it's been rainy when it has not--it's only been cloudy. Now the majority seem to think it's normal to get no rain from rainclouds.
