This was not the greatest English dub ever, nor the worst. Still the fans hatred of the dub and the anime market and economy led to this shows successor Clannad to be released by ADV sub only.
Now that Funimation has the series and is releasing it in an economy boxset, there is little hope for those wanting a new dub to be done.
