  • RIP kiddo. I know we didn't talk much, but I am glad that I got to know you just that little bit.

  • You remind me of Ben Afleck, if he were in transition.

You should visit Jesslyngirl87. She is pretty new and is having a tough time, so pass along a few encouraging words.

What the heck is a "true transsexual" people are all different in many ways, so why should transitions be the same?

Personally, I think people are nuts to get SRS right now, considering it is not much more than butchery. In a few years we probably will have genetic-level transition through recombinant DNA.

  • Hi. Just looked at this video again, and it's so ridiculous that people have to impose such strict perspectives on "true transsexuals." Any what about ensuring that your kids have the things they need? That is an important responsibility, and I applaud you for remembering and embracing that responsibility.

  • Read a book called genderqueer It is asocialogical look at why gender is linea rather then binary and how each person can fit any where on that line not just one end or the other. x

  • You are a wonderful Person and are very fortunate not to be depressed or suicidal.

Greta that you are looking out for your Kids first that shows a lot of Positiv Character. I myself can't wait to get SRS because I feel totally unhappy about the Downbelow Area and often had Selfmutilation thoughts and Suicidal thoughts . Be your True self I agree :)

    Great Video

  • Thank you for the kind words.... try though to keep those thoughts as they are... just thoughts! :)

  • I will keep them just as Thoughts, I know now that in the Future I can get the Surgery and do not want to mess anything up. Afterall they still need everything there is to create the new Genitalia......... :)

Thank you so much for your nice comment

  • It is perfectly acceptable to put off your surgery, not only for the financial reasons but also if you have decided not to go through it, it is your inner identity that matters and how you feel about it. Too often transwomen are confined to an overly feminized mold, its unfair, there should be no mold for human beings period.

  • Well said.... extremely well said!

  • Krista:

A great video! No one expects cis-gendered people to be alike; there is no reason to think the transsexuals should be more like each other than cisgendered people. Lloyd

  • Thank you :)

  • If you know who you are, and can do something to become more of who you are.. GO FOR IT .. You are who you KNOW you are, noone can tell you who are! ...

    you are awesome!!!

  • :) I do know who I am... and I am me with a huge smile everyday

  • There are many reasons for many trans not to opt for SRS.

  • There are... and I am not opting out PERMANENTLY ... just putting it off for a bit

  • As far as I know, that other lady's argument regarding a state of suicide status and SRS to be an old cliche throwoff from past misconstrued commercial media.Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't imagine "suicide tendency status" to be a necessary prerequisite in diagnosis prior to SRS under the Standards Of Care.anyone know.

  • At the risk of being nuked, I both agree and disagree with you. I agree that you are who you are, and nobody has a right to label you. However I do disagree when it comes to the doctor/patient relationship. Medical providers, both mental and physical need a guidline and yes a label before performing major surgery and prescribing prescription drugs. So the classification of "classic" transsexual, etc.. exsist more for doctors and not the general public to use.

  • fair enough :)

  • Kids first is commendable Krista, anyone that would argue otherwise has brain poison. ^_^ Doesn't make much sense to criticize the difference between someone that has the means now and someone who's means may be a long way out. It's silly.

  • And my kids will always come first in EVERY situation that I will ever face..........EVER :)

  • I also talk about surgery more than I'd want to, because sex seems to be the big issue for people. I can't speak for everyone, but to me, there's more to life than sex! Being depressed to the point of suicide means that person has some issues beyond gender identity. Nobody should get to that point just because of their genitalia. There's a lot of good changes through transition that make SRS one of the less important steps, in terms of how it affects your life. That's what I believe.

  • Exactly! Cause really, who's gonna see whats down there besides you, your doc and a SO?

  • You mean that i'm NOT supposed to show everyone??? :@( oh ill stop lol

  • Right on Hon!

  • :) thanks

  • AMEN!
